Mr.Chawan,

In case you feel so strongly about your chosen field, you can hunt for opportunities in India where that industry is growing by leaps and bounds. And the growth has just started. In case you have certain problems in coming to India, it is understandable but there are no dearth of opportunities here.

Dear Seetharama Ji and Vinita Ji

Greetings

You touched a very emotional subject. I am 26 years old. I have B.Tech from one of a very premier and respected institute in India in metallurgical engineering. I have M.S. from US in metallurgical engineering.

I have worked for almost 1 year and 8 months in this material science area (in US)....

Now life has come to a point where i am forced to go into IT field to earn bread. I am hating this but i dont have much option right now in my hand.

I always loved metallurgical engineering but now i am migrating into something to make my bread...

Details: 25-Aug 1981

TOB: 19:13

POB: Ghaziabad, UP

Thanks

Dear Vinita ji,

If I recall the mails correctly, of the three charts you are talking about, two of them are still studying and have not yet even started practicing law. It may not be appropriate to use their charts to validate. Probably, they can be used to validate eduction in law. It is only our assumption that they will practice law. In my own case, I am a post-graduate in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Science. I am gold medalist in Civil Engineering. I studied Civil Engineering for 7 long years. But, I ended up working as a Software Engineer for 23 long years. I am not suggesting both these students will end up switching their careers like me. But, I feel it is prudent to pick charts of practicing lawyers to be on the safter side, specially while learning. This would avoid breaking our heads with a inappropriate chart.

Of course, this is only a suggestion :0)

Dear all,Sometime back Shreenadh provided an aphorism to predict the job of a native.> <==> One of the major method to determine the job of a native is "Karmesasya> Navamsa rasipa vasat vrittim jagustadvida" (Phaladeepika) meaning, "the > job of the native should be told, by considering the navamsa lord of the> 10th house lord from Natal lagna"Of course, there are caveats to this as he explained in message no. 5778.i now have a "handsome" collection of 3 horoscopes (LOL!) of budding or practising lawyers from message nos. 5829 (Seetharamana ji's quiz); 5905 and 5911.. (Thanks Renuji for your help in this regard)These horoscopes do not have any planet in the 10th house excepting for Ketu in one case.In the first case 10th house is ruled by Venus which is placed in the amsa of Gemini in Navamsa. Mercury is placed with Mars in the house

of Mercury (Virgo) in RasiIn the second case (message no, 5905), the 10th house though occupied by Ketu is ruled by Mercury (Virgo) whereas Mercury itself is placed in the amsa of Aries in Navamsa while Mars is placed in the House of Saturn (Acquarius) in Rasi but there is an exchange (parivartana yoga) between Mars and Saturn placed in Scorpio. In the third case the lord of the 10th house is Saturn which is placed in the amsa of Scorpio while Mars is in Scorpio with Saturn in Rasi.(but here i could have gone wrong somewhat because i could not find jayawardhanapura in JHL)Though this appears to be too simplistic but doesn't it seem that there is a Mercury-Mars- Saturn connection for lawyer profession?? ? The connection with Mercury one can understand as one requires good oral and written skills for arguing cases/preparing briefs. Mars of course signifies disputes. But what is the Saturn

connection?? ? if there is any such connection at all!!!i am waiting for somebody to say 3 swallows don't make summer!...which, of course, is true!!!warm regards, vinita
