A planet's placement in sign is important, but more important is the "amsa" position.

We may have many financial wizards or economists who tell you how to make money with money in a big corporate world, like many of the economic nobel prizes have gone to Americans for they have been debating more about business & economic models....all the time. Include our own giants into this - Mr. Manmohan Singh - Our Prime Minister, talks of so much of Public Distribution System, but cannot bring even 1% change.

Now look at the Bangladesh { a poor country by any standards}, micro financing simple ordinary person { do not remember his name, recently got Nobel Prize or some international recognition for his micro-financing} was making money & improving the quality of lifes of those living in poverty, through micro credits i.e. he was giving loans in denominations of Rupees & Paise { Rs.10 or 10 paise} {paise=cents}.

In pale comparision to our big banks, who rejects loans less than certain value !! Look at the sub-prime mortgage market woes in USA currently.

Conclusion :

Bangladesh a poor country = Sign of Debilitation, Amsa is exalted = The lesser known person their doing good through his micro-credits.

In comparision : A exalted country like USA - exalted sign , does not know how to manage it own money lending business - debilitated amsa.
