If you find such combination, you must first look at the placement of jupiter. It is the moral guardian. If the Jupiter is in good house and has good aspect, even if the native has passion and fantasy for extra marital affairs, he will be warned by Jupiter every time, and it will end up in fantasy only... the native will not jump into reality, I conclude. This is because he will not invite bad name in society. You can not discount on the fact. The persons with such combination will have more inclination. Only you need to ascertain the timing. This is a major factor one should care before jump into ultimate conclusion and also study other resultant combinations of Rasi, Lagna etc as opined by Sriramji. He has Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga for Mars in Cancer(result to enjoy after 40 years of age). Again the disposition of this combination in 12th is more towards sacred mission/religeous bend. Mars here play very little role. So the negative aspect is minimum. As these are Maraka, Mars will always try to trouble Venus and there will be retaliation.(In short the husband or wife in the course of their marriage lose attraction for each other or prolong under split mode(Silently). If the Mars has no strength, then there will be no problem. As per the law of the nature, once the partner lose interest, they will start looking outside. Of course, Jupiter will be a deciding factor at the end. That is why this combination is well defined. I think you got a good point here. My friend..... Capricorn Lagna, with Mars + Venus in 7H, aspected by Jupiter from Scorpio..... is or rather had been tomboyish. Once her grandfather had found her on top of a tree. She had got scared to death and fallen to a muddy ditch underneath. She also says that she always cycled with her friends who had been all boys. I am sure any strong native...[stronger than Rahu]... but with the above placement of Rahu would become a stumbling block against Rahu's implementation of its 'portfolio'. I mean it can act freely in this sign without any inhibitions (if not aspected by benefic Jupiter). I didnt mean the house. Fortunately or unfortunately this house happens to be the 7th for my friend. I forgot to say that her Rahu doesnt have any benefic aspects of jupiter. So I strongly feel this rahu dasa will put her in intense emotional conflicts-To be precise she will be madly obsessed with a guy, may or may not be good for her, that is something which I need to wait and see. Since 2 parties are involved it is important to see the placement of 7th house lord and any malefic/benefic aspects on it. That would indicate wether the spouse can be the straying party in the Mahadasha and not the native (jyothiji's friend). Also rahu does not mean only cheating on marriage.
