Here is what I think: 1) What I am curious to know that, can I achieve on some activity/subject through the hard work, even if the planetery position is adverse? [Krishna] Imagine that you are in a powered boat on a river course. Your past karma is equivalent to the force of the river. Your own efforts are equivalent to the power of the engine you use to move the boat. Now, what happens in your journey depends on the following factors: - Force of the river (predefined by Karma) - The capacity of the engine in your boat (predefined by Karma) - Amount of engine power you use at any point in time

(decided by you - are you giving your 100%?) - Direction you want to travel (your decision) - The course of the river itself (predefined by Karma) I guess you get some idea of what I am trying to say.2) The magnitude of evil influence will always be there with a weak planetary position and success rate may be minimum or nil, but is there any harm trying to overcome it with hard work or this will further deteriorate ?
