Dear Vinay ji,

That was a beautiful mail. I will try to abide by your suggestion.

And request all to come forward - let us learn together and play

together - quizzes are just simple games, that we all should learn to

enjoy. :) They are no competitions - but fun part of the show. :) But

a greatly helpful tool in seeing the right track and learning from

experience.

Thanks for the wonderful mail.

Love and regards,

Sreenadh

happening in this forum whereas in others just chart reading, please

help me mails etc., occupying the members too busy there. First of

all, I am very glad to see learned members coming forward and sharing

their thoughts and their graceness in accepting any failures and

showing great attitude towardings learning in this big ocean of

astrology. The exercise done by Sreenadh ji has helped this forum in

many ways.

> 1. For novice like me, I get to know how professionals approach

when they are given a problem. I am able to see what modeling these

learned members are using so that I need not repeat the whole process

again whatever the learned members went through. The learning is made

in leap and bounds. Thank you so much for this to all the learned

memebers.

> 2. The entire attitude of this forum is very very positive where

in others it is usually ego clash. People are coming forward and

sharing their views openly without worrying about whether it could be

right or wrong. That is what most needed to learn from all educated

members.

> 3. It gave many paradigm shift to many learned members too. Till

now they might have thought their process might be good enough. But

this exercise has rekindled their paradigm and to look at others

methodologies what they do. So it creates the basic openness state of

mind to LISTEN to others views otherwise which is blocked by ego and

stubborn mindset that my view is correct. Until a paradigm shift

happens, nobody will agree to others views. So this exercise made the

paradigm shift to everybody whoever participated and not participated.

> 4. I highly appreciate Sreenadh ji's relentless interest in

sharing and spending so much of his time for others and maintaining

this beatiful group. I have a humble request to Sreenadh ji too. Being

the primary moderator for this group, I request you dont be so much

direct in words in pointing out if others made any mistake:-). I

usually love this way since it directly enters in to my mind. But for

most people will take it as hurt. You have done a lots and lots of

hard work to make this group to become this much wonderful stage. Its

your duty to maintain this integrated as ever. I am sure this exercise

might have created so much interested in non-participated members too

and they might have joined in the next exercise:-). Probably they

might have been little reluctant whether the readings will be taken so

much personal and hence decided not to participate. After seeing how

things were taken, they would have participated too. Also sometimes it

takes little more time to

> make that PARADIGM SHIFT to happen. Please let them take their own

time. I am sure by sheer enthusiasm shown by this group will make them

feel comfortable and all will become very open and direct. I am just

telling this with great care towards our group since I am seeing how

much hard work you are putting to the group and I would like to see

your vision should be fullfilled in this group.

for which you took so much pain to gather and happily giving them with

sheer joy. Kudos to this great forum.

enhance learning of group. It is duty of all participants to try and

participate in the exercise. If all these D-2 to D-300 are useful,

why don't the preachers show its credibility to us in the blind chart

exercises?
