If so what is the proof for the Citra-ayanamsa which differs from other values like Raman +1deg:27min and -43 min 35 secs with the value I give on the basis of sound mathematical evidence and tantrik rationale.

The bigger problem is the accuracy of the birth times we get. There could be easily 5-10 minutes of error while recording the birth time itself, given the fact that one one knows that which event qualifies to be called as 'birth'.
