Guest guest
Dear Kiran ji, Looking at the interest many take in your post, I am providing my feed back about your statements below: ==> > Planet in its own house (by implication: exaltation and friend's > house also) will give very good results for everything signified by > the house My understanding is that since the planet in own house is > strong, it gives good results. <== Right - but too generalized. To quote an opposite result that goes against this " 8th lord even if exalted in 5th can cause loss of children " ==> > House lord if benefic will strengthen the effects of the house it is > in. House lord if malefic will weaken the effects of the house that > it is in. So if the House lord is in sustana, it will > increase/decrease effects of sustana as per its benefic/malefic > nature. Reverse is true for dustana. My understanding is that to > look at nature of the house lord, we should go by its functional > beneficity nature as per lagna (e.g: for Cancer Lagna, Kuja is > benefic) and not by the natural benefic/malefic nature. <== Right to certain extend - but again too generalized. No planet strengthens or weakens the effect of a house - but only allows the results to pass through its lens (there by contaminating it - either in good direction or in bad direction). Both the functional benefic/malefic consideration and natural benefic/malefic consideration is going to fail you in this regard. Even functional/natural benefic can indicate many bad results and even functional/natural malefic can indicate many good results. ==> > Rule 3: > See what house the house lord aspects from the house that it is > situated by way of Graha drishti (generally 7th house from it but > special cases exist). Depending on the nature of the house lord, it > will give good/bad results of the house that it aspects <== Right. But not only based on nature of house (for which it is lord), but also based on the nature of the planet itself. ==> > Rule 4: > If the house lord is in enemy house or debilitated, it will not give > fruit to the results that is signified by it. <== Wrong. Where ever the planet be it will give fructify the results it signifies - it is the quality of the results that gets affected; if the planet is debilitated or in enemy house - in bad direction. But definitely the strength or weakness of the planet does not bind it from indicating results - it is only the direction (positive or negative) or amount (more or less) that gets affected. Hope this helps. Note: Hope the above itself clarifies why generalization can be misleading. Love, Sreenadh , " Sreenadh " <sreesog wrote: > > Dear Kiran ji, > You took the wrong turn. Guest guest
Respected Sreenadhji, Goelji and Udupaji,Based on feedback from all of you, I have revised the rules.I have incorporated all of Sreenadhji's inputs, Udupaji inputs and Goelji inputs.Goelji: I have added your input in Rule 1 and Udupaji: Your rule is added in Rule 2. Sreenadhji: I have reworded all the rules to incorporate your feedback.Sreenadhji, the exception case brought out by you has been explained with example in Rule 1. I thank you once again because the entire rule based concept is inspired by your masterpiece "Lagna Lord in various houses" document and I am indebted to you. Let us all work together and modify the rules below so that we can have a systemic approach that may not be true in all 100% cases but certainly in atleast 75-80% of the cases.Rule 1: Is the house lord in friend's house or own house or moolatrikona sign or exaltation sign?A planet in its friend's house, own house, moolatrikona and exaltation signs will strengthen the results signified by the the house of which it is the lordPlease note this can mean positive for good things signified by the house and negative for bad things signified by the house[To explain Sreenadhji's query: 8th lord exalted in 5th is strong. SO it will mean strengthening of results signified by 8th house. 8th house is the house of death and so it signifies death. As it is in the 5th house, we have to associate death with 5th house and 5th house is children, so it signifies the death of children]If house lord is in exaltation or friend's sign, good results are also controlled by the dispositorRule 2:Which house is the house lord in?House lord will give the results of the house that it is in. It will provide results of the house, which maybe good or bad depending on (i) The planet nature(ii) THe house natureRule 3:Which house does the house lord aspect by way or Graha Drishti? What is the nature of the house lord? Results are similar to Rule 2House Lord (called planet here) will give the results of the house that it aspects by way of Graha Drishti. It will provide results of the house, which maybe good or bad depending on(i) The planet nature(ii) The house nature[Example: If the planet on which it has graha drishti was dustana, and house lord is benefic, it will amplify results of the dustana house resulting in bad results. On other hand if house lord is malefic and it is aspecting a dustana, then it will reduce results of dustana and give bad results]Rule 4:Is the house lord in enemy house or debilitated?A planet in its enemy house or debilitation will weaken the results that are signified by the house of which it is the lord. As in rule 1, this can mean positive or negative results.Rule 5:Associate the houses in every way possible?E.g: as we did in Rule 1. 8th lord is in 5th house. 8th house signifies death and 5th house children. associate 8th and 5th in unidirectional way i.e. Lordship house-> Resident houseI look forward to participation from the group so that we can refine these rules/add new rules so that anybody can easily analyze D-1. Sreenadhji, We in the group look forward to your guidance to add as many rules as possible and refine the rulesJai Gurudev!ThankskiranSreenadh <sreesog wrote: Dear Kiran ji, Looking at the interest many take in your post, I am providing my feed back about your statements below: ==> > Planet in its own house (by implication: exaltation and friend's > house also) will give very good results for everything signified by > the house My understanding is that since the planet in own house is > strong, it gives good results. <== Right - but too generalized. Guest guest
Dear Kiran ji, Goal ji is right. Just to help you out in your prediction results - I will present you a different recipe in another write up. Possibly by tomorrow. * As the first step, Take that path, apply, and observe the results. * As the second step, I will provide one more write up, (this time aimed at house lords), take that path, apply, observe the results - But then don't ask doubts related to that to me - but instead keep it in your mind. The second write-up will take much time to digest. * Third, take the path shown in my write-up on 'Lagna lord in various houses' and then take the same path as suggested by me such as '2nd lord in various houses', '3rd lord in various houses' and so on. By the way let me show you the main draw back of the rules you are trying to derive - * They DOES NOT PROVIDE any results, but astrology is to derive RESULTS! (And is becoming more and more complex with your every effort to make them better - seems as if ultimately to become inscrutable and may be later too much confusing, and yet lacking the efficiency in reaching the `results'!) Read the above statement carefully many times and try to see the difference - with the actual path and the path you took. Also note that it is very reason that made many astrologers imbeciles - lacking the results. (Don't get irritated by the word 'imbeciles' - it is used just to represent an idea). Every statement made by the astrologer should be pregnant with RESULTS, and most importantly those results should be VISIBLE to the astrologer himself, or anyone else who is looking at the statements made by him. Know it as a RULE and if you want to take my guidance - my coming two write-ups are dedicated to you. Note: Just go though my coming write-ups and then look back at your `rules', and they decide about improving or dropping them.
