The two (LL in 10H and Mc in Pi) will run concurrent. The nett effect to be gauged from actual charts. There may be other rajayoag-adding factors in 10H in a horoscope. I know of a chart (owner) that has in Pi as 10H Mc, Ju, and Su. But fact remains he experiences the effects of pulled-down LL despite relief from (debility) by way of Jup's association.
