Guest guest
Dear Shri Sreenadh Thanks again for the pdfs and continous effort. Regarding Lagan lord in the 3rd - My mother, father and wife all have this combination. My father is the eldest son and have many siblings. He is also having many individuals to associate with due to the nature of his profession. Mother too has relatives and many step siblings always surrounding associating. Parakarama of the individuals is mentioned in scriptures and is true. The degree varies according to the nature and strength of the 3rd lord house, associating planets and nature and strength of Lagna (including amsha rashi). Bhavat Bhavam and devakeralam examples were educative too. When my father was young he wanted to marry his maternal uncles daughter (first cousin) and did not fructify:-)(i think so). His 3rd lord Guru undergoes exchange with lagna lord saturn(3rd lord debilitated in lagna).Saturn joins exalted 10th and 5th lord Venus in the 3rd. My mother on the other hand is also the daughter of his maternal uncle though not direct or first cousin. My mother has lagna lord Mars exalted in the 3rd. Thus it is good to know. Guest guest
Dear Pradeep ji, Thanks for the clarifications - that helps us much in assertaining the validity of those derivations. ==> > When my father was young he wanted to marry his maternal uncles > daughter (first cousin) and did not fructify:-)(i think so). > His 3rd lord Guru undergoes exchange with lagna lord saturn(3rd > lord debilitated in lagna).Saturn joins exalted 10th and 5th lord > Venus in the 3rd. > My mother on the other hand is also the daughter of his maternal > uncle though not direct or first cousin. My mother has lagna lord > Mars exalted in the 3rd. > Thus it is good to know. <== Ohh!! Krishen ji do you have a say on this?!!! I am wonder stuck!! Lagna lord in 3rd (aspects 9th): The native might marry from from some relative. The information you provide confirms this point. Guest guest
Dear Srinadh, The results that i have given for lagna lord in various houses are a summarised version of what the vedic astrology classics have to say.I do not remember any classic mentioning that lagna lord in the third would mean marriage to a relative.I also do not find much logic in the observation that lagna lord aspecting the 9th would mean marriage to a relative. For marriage with cousin the yoga should be 7th lord in 3rd according to my logic. There of course can be other alternate combinations. In my further opinion We can't find answers to all questions merely by the position or aspect of lagna lord alone.Regards RK--- In , " Sreenadh " <sreesog wrote: > > Dear Pradeep ji, > Thanks for the clarifications - that helps us much in assertaining > the validity of those derivations. > ==> > > When my father was young he wanted to marry his maternal uncles > > daughter (first cousin) and did not fructify:-)(i think so). > > His 3rd lord Guru undergoes exchange with lagna lord saturn(3rd > > lord debilitated in lagna).Saturn joins exalted 10th and 5th lord > > Venus in the 3rd. > > My mother on the other hand is also the daughter of his maternal > > uncle though not direct or first cousin. My mother has lagna lord > > Mars exalted in the 3rd. > > Thus it is good to know. > <== > Ohh!! Guest guest
Dear Srinadh Ji Thanks a lot for the beautiful presentation of lagna lord in three houses. You are doing a very noble deed by these kind of explanation. In one of the sloka it says that if Lagna lord is in 2nd house then person is trouble by money. I guess the KAS group can answer this question. They say that if Lagna Lord is placed in 2nd house with more than 4 points in astakvarga then the native earns a lot of money but losses all of it in the end. He might make money by illigle means. I am not a scholar in KAS. I just read mails from that group too. And when i read that very specific sloka then suddenly KAS came in my mind. Thanks Jagdish Rup Krishen Baqaya <baqayarup wrote: Dear Srinadh, The results that i have given for lagna lord invarious houses are a summarised version of what the vedic astrologyclassics have to say.I do not remember any classic mentioning thatlagna lord in the third would mean marriage to a relative.I also donot find much logic in the observation that lagna lord aspecting the9th would mean marriage to a relative. For marriage with cousin theyoga should be 7th lord in 3rd according to my logic. There of coursecan be other alternate combinations. In my further opinion We can'tfind answers to all questions merely by the position or aspect oflagna lord alone.Regards RK--- In , "Sreenadh" <sreesog wrote:>> Dear Pradeep ji,> Thanks for the clarifications - that helps us much in assertaining > the validity of those derivations. > ==>> > When my father was young he wanted to marry his maternal uncles > > daughter (first cousin) and did not fructify:-)(i think so).> > His 3rd lord Guru undergoes exchange with lagna lord saturn(3rd > > lord debilitated in lagna).Saturn joins exalted 10th and 5th lord > > Venus in the 3rd.> > My mother on the other hand is also the daughter of his maternal > > uncle though not direct or first cousin. My mother has lagna lord > > Mars exalted in the 3rd.> > Thus it is good to know. > <==> Ohh!! Guest guest
An eye opener! Good points. ==> > I do not remember any classic mentioning that > lagna lord in the third would mean marriage to a relative. <== It should be read " marriage WITH a relative " . Of course - logical support is available from quotes from Parasara hora, Meenaraja hora etc. The same is provided and discussed in the document I uploaded. But definitely I agree that - it is not right to derive results from place of aspect to house (i.e. here 9th to 3rd) rather than house to place of aspect (i.e from 3rd to 9th). Here the lagna lord in 3rd is aspecting 9th, and therefore the derived relations should be from 3rd to 9th; and shouldn't be from 9th to 3rd. Based on this fundamental logic - I agree with your arguments to a certain extend. But the point I called your attention in Pradeep's mail was - I said some thing based on WRONG conclusion - remember i said " since 9th house is 5th from 6th house, (a wrong statement), the native will marry maternal uncle's daughter " and so on. But that WRONG CONCLUSION came true in some charts and Pradeep ji, quoted the event and appreciated it as well! I was stunned by this co-incidence; because the uttered words were becoming true without reason. That is why I attracted your attention to it. Guest guest
Dear Chawan ji, ==> > In one of the sloka it says that if Lagna lord is in 2nd house > then person is trouble by money. <== 2nd house signify extra earnings through various self-efforts. Possibly that is why the conclusion " If the lagna lord is in 2nd or 11th house, the native would be troubled by extra earnings " given in a version of Parasara sloka. It could also be possible that this version of the sloka is wrong. ==> > I guess the KAS group can answer this question. They say that if Lagna Lord is placed in 2nd house with more than 4 points in astakvarga then the native earns a lot of money but losses all of it in the end. He might make money by illegal means. <== That is good point. But since now our discussion is ONLY about " Predicting with houses alone " , things like Ashtakavarga never comes into consideration. Actually we are now trying to avoid using anything except houses; to make our learning of methodologies bug free. Note: I appreciate the efforts of KAS group. Guest guest
Dear Sreenadh ji I totally agree with this point My lagna is mithuna and my lagna lord mercury is in Simha ( 3rd house) aspecting my 9th house. My spouse lagna is kumbha and lagna lord Saturn is in mesha ( 3rd house) and one drishti on the 9th house. We are cousins, our great grandfathers were own brothers...our marriage had lot of opposition when the marriage was proposed. After that for 8 years we never heard of each other. But later by destiny we got married to each other, this time it was proposed by the same people who had opposed !! I always wondered how and why we landed up with each other, now i think i have the answer. It is there in our charts{:-> However seventh lords are in sixth house ( in both the charts) Regards maligereRup Krishen Baqaya <baqayarup wrote: Dear Srinadh, The results that i have given for lagna lord invarious houses are a summarised version of what the vedic astrologyclassics have to say.I do not remember any classic mentioning thatlagna lord in the third would mean marriage to a relative.I also donot find much logic in the observation that lagna lord aspecting the9th would mean marriage to a relative. > <==> Ohh!! Guest guest
Dear Lalit ji, I don't have it - i.e. the so called 'Vaksidhi'. So I can't help you in that regard. But there is something in your that reflects a hidden sincerity. So if you need a Prasa just say so, without any other details, (If you want you can specify any number as well), let me see whether you a problem at all at present. If I am not wrong one of your questions should be about getting higher payment/promotion/change of job with higher payment - in your job. You are flourishing in your job, then why worrying without reason? High expectations are good - put your efforts it will fructify for sure. Recent gain of money, recent gain of better job with higher payment or betterment in job - are you not satisfied with all this? Another thing marriage - I won't comment anything about this right now. You will go abroad and flourish in your job as well. Then why all these reasonless worries ? Enjoy! Ok. Ask for a Prasna ONLY IF this does not satisfies you - and don't expect much from Prasna as well - i am not going to discloses much... lol.... Note: Astrology is fun - learn to enjoy it! Guest guest
Dear Lalit ji, There won't be any new prasna cast in your name. But instead that the time of my previous reading as well, i.e. 10.26 AM (note that my mail got posted at 10:34 am) and have a look at the planetary position. It was based on the same chart that the words I gave ware uttered. Let us re-visit that chart - 14 Sep 07 10.26 AM Libra Lagna : As, Mo 2nd house : Ju 5th house : Ra 8th house : Ma 10th house : Ve 11th house : Sa, Su, Ke 12th house : Me Note the 3 notable specialties in that planetary position - 1) Mutual exchange between Lagna lord Venus and 10th lord Moon. 2) 7th lord Mars going to 8th 3) 9th lord Me strongly placed in 12th Based on the first point the first statement - ==> > If I am not wrong one of your questions should be about getting > higher payment/promotion/change of job with higher payment - in > your job. You are flourishing in your job, then why worrying > without reason? High expectations are good - put your efforts it > will fructify for sure. Recent gain of money, recent gain of > better job with higher payment or betterment in job - are you not > satisfied with all this? <== Based on the second point the second statement - ==> > Another thing marriage - I won't comment anything about > this right now. <== Why - won't tell anything? Because 7th lord in 8th (a dustana) indicates bad results. As you know 7th can indicate marriage, relationship problem, love, sex, partnerships etc. The point of interest is that your question is angered on 10th and 7th - 10th indicating a good result related to profession, and 7th indicating a bad result related to 'a relationship problem' in your own terms. Based on the third point the third statement - ==> > You will go abroad and flourish in your job as > well. <== So the point is I stay by the points I mentioned, and don't think that the derivation was wrong. I never said that the question was ONLY ABOUT 10th house; But I knew well that 3 points of interest were under discussion, and only one of them indicate a bad result, a problem. So again - clarify whether the initial statements are right or not. It could be true that the MAJOR reason for your question was 7th (' are the Girls',' relationship problem' you mentioned it). But what I am interested in first is, in knowing whether my statements were right or not. From the first mail itself you can see that, the mail indicates - * You have a good job * Recently you got a promotion OR better payment OR better job * You are still trying for a betterment in job. * Marriage/Relationship/Girls - Ok. There is a problem. * Plan to go abroad Clarify this prior to proceeding further. Of course I will give a brief reading based on your horoscope later. But as of now, I am more interested in this Prasna.. Guest guest
Dear Srinadh, While asking you, only 2nd point ( " Love " , " Romance " and " relationship " ) was in my mind, the promotion etc. is secondary thing to me, it's a past thing, promotion etc. comes along the way if we work somehere but a relation with a person is much more important and is not at our hand, not in some process whereas for yearly appraisal there is some process. You are quite right in ur's first finding , it's already discussed in other groups. thanks !! regards, Lalit. , " Sreenadh " <sreesog wrote: > > Dear Lalit ji, > There won't be any new prasna cast in your name.
