Thanks for pointing out the url commenting about my views.

 

I have gone through it and am amused to see that most of the members have

taken it for granted that I am an Arya Samaji and that is why I am against

predictive gimmicks called Vedic astrology! Obviously, all such stalwarts

have not done their homework at all since I have made it clear umpteen

number of times that I am no Arya Samaji but believe in Murti Puja and even

Puranas -- though I know most of them contain a lot of interpolations by

later " authors " .

 

Yes, I have an " agenda " and it is to streamline our calendars i.e. fasts,

fairs and muhrutas, in accordance with the Vedic lore. That is where I have

got involved in a headlong confrontation with the so called Vedic astrology

and thereby " Vedic astrologers " .

 

Instead of calling me an Aryasamji or a Sanatani or someone with an agenda

etc., I suggest that a point by point reply be given to all the facts raised

by me in the caption post. That way these " Vedic astrologers " can more than

debunk my theories instead of just indulging in hair-splitting!

 

BTW, I feel that all the " Vedic astrologers " also have an agenda -- that we

must in no case celebrate our fasts, fairs and muhurtas on correct days

since that way they will lose their sinful crumbs which they have been

earning by dint of their non-sense called nirayana rashichakra---in fact

rashichakras galore!

People have taken objection to your posting saying that you are

there with an " agenda " . I do not know the truth, however being a

member of this forum for quite some time , my view is that a high

content article like what you have written is not being discussed in

this forum.

 

By profession I am an Information security person and bit worried

about what is called " social engineering " threat . Just wanted to

flag this off.
