Dear All, Today I became a member of the Vedic Astrology-Hyderabad astrology group lead by Kishore Patnaik ji and came accross the Retro Lagna problem posed by vernalagnia ji. vernalagnia ji was 100% correct in his arguments about the existence of retro-lagna phenomenon - and is sincere in his attitudes. Similarly Kishore ji is a very knowledgeable astrologer from Hyderabad and has good grasp of systems like Jaimini, Parasara etc. Both of them are my friends, and members of this group. So I take the freedom to forward a conversation between them here. It made me laugh a lot. In the light of Retro Lagna issue discussed here as well, you too may enjoy it. :) I would say that (it is my personal opinion), Kishore ji was very correct in judging the possible outcomes, and vernalagnia ji was sincere too... Now I stand back and

read the short conversation. =========================================================== Vedic Astrology-Hyderabad , "vernalagnia" <vernalagnia wrote: Vedic Astrology-Hyderabad , "kishore patnaik" <kishorepatnaik09@> wrote: > > But frankly, my concern here is YOU throwing a trap at the members with a variety discussion and then, ditch the serious debate with frivolous comments.... While frivolity is my middle name and flippancy my first, there's no trap-throwing with me :) I do bait humans, but male astrologers aren't among them (-: +++ ============================================================= Now both of them are becoming my ideal friends. lol. It is the interest in astrology that unites us all - as if in love. :) This seems to be the real examples of retro Lagna. ;) Some Lagnas should go forward some backward in a circle (where no forward or backward exists!) so as to unite in a single point! This seems to be the ideal method in relations, and also the ideal method while thinking of the

unification between scientific and holistic methods. ;) Or may be even between different astrological traditions as well. ;) P.S: Squaring to someone makes us mars in Drishti, trines means too much give and take (with force?) of respect and makes us Jupiter in Drishti, while the circle, keeps every thing in harmony. :) Love, Sreenadh

Dear Kishore ji, You are absolutely right! I think your comments about vernalagnia ji shows your respect towards him as well - it was that cute fact that interested me. :) And the way you kept the relation friendly - even when worried about the troubles he may cause. :) I appreciate the way you handle relations. :) I think if we are well informed on the issues raised by vernalagnia ji there is nothing to worry about. At least it is not a battle - but friendship. :) Since I got benefited with the retro lagna issue posted by vernalagnia ji, sincerely I

would like to encourage him! There might be many threads running simultaneously in the forum and if one of them is turned by such a person who never wants to be serious and enjoys life - since he think that life is too short for enmities - should we praise him or should we feel offended? :) I think first is the best. :) As you said - Guess you will agree with me... :) > a variety discussion and then, ditch the serious debate 1) variety discussion : This we would encourage . :) 2) ditch the serious debate : This we won't. :) Yes, you were

absolutely right. But at the end a discussion is not handled by a single person, but a group of knowledgeable persons, and the truth is that valued - and not who says it. :) Can a person throw the arguments into troubling waters - without at least some truth to back him up? I think not. And if true force of truth and knowledge is behind us, why worry about small winds?! There is a total tradition of Rishis who loved truth is there to back us! After all is there 2 sides - vernalagnia ji at one side and all others on the other?! I think not. We are all friends. Since the retro Lagna issue is partially solved by now, I think dear vernalagnia ji would be sharpening the other question (weapon?) which make us interested in some other astronomical issue, and thus help us learn. ;) I wish him the

best, and would be happy to have many conversations with him. :) P.S: I hope everybody will agree to the fact that the retro lagna controversy lead to some new knowledge input, and taking a serious look towards astronomy. Also the issue made me search for a good planetarium software and may be many of us are having “Strellarium” with us now. :) Love, Sreenadh kishore mohan <kishore_future wrote: Hi sreenadh, I am reading this message too. well, I think I
