Sorry about the delayed reply.As you have rightly mentioned, there can

be many interpretations from the Navamshas of planets.But ofcourse we

are yet to fully understand them.Dharma Patni can also be a valid point

as number 9,is pertaining to Dharma.Through Shradha(attention),resulting

in dharma,one can attain success.Thus among various vargas attained by a

planet,navamsha is very very important, as,it shows the vital condition

of, Prana and its influence.If a planet is weak in navamsha,one has to

struggle hard for the said Shradha.

 

As 5th pertains to any kind of creation or followers - to have a child

through own Bija - 7 th house is necessary,for Anda samyojana.Similarly

for spouse matters ''Classical Examples'' are there, on planets, having

navamshas on the seventh BHAVA(Varahamihira).This clearly proves that

one of the significances of navamsha is spouse and it is studied in

combination with the relevant bhava,viz 7th.This is not my view,but

those of Sages.

 

Similarly true Bhava is Aatma/Mana Samyojana.While reading a Gita

interpretation, on Saguna Aaradhana,a Swami says - ''when we are

worshiping HIM in any Bhava(Vigraha) .....'' - Please see Vigraha in

bracket for Bhava.While thinking more about this,the common usage

''Moorthimath Bhava'' struck me.It means culmination of any Bhava is

Moorthi or Vigraha.Thus i feel Father ,Mother ,Guru etc are Moorthis of

our own Bhava when percieved through incomplete understanding.Similarly

Adhi-Bhootham,Adhi-Daivam etc are the Moorthis or culmination of that

desire,which had arisen from the INITIAL Singular state(non state).The

divine path(Kula margam?) is returning to that initial(Nirguna).For the

perception of any thought, SPACE is needed.The distance from ''NO

THOUGHT'' to the relams of THOUGHT is ''TIME'',is my humble opinion.

 

Upasana -is a divine Bhava.It is sitting near.Near to whom?Through Guru

we are trying to sit next to HIM -again reduction of DISTANCE.Through

Upasan''amsha'' we are studying the abilities of various planets for

UPASANA.Please read divisional dignities(paraijata,simhasana) of 9th

lord by Parashara and share your valuable thoughts.Upasanamsha can then

be clearly understood.This will make clear how Bhavas and Amshas are to

be combined.Logic is not about explaining the already

evident/seen,rather understanding of the unseen, with the help of

seen.Counting Bhavas everywhere,is the easiest conclusion.Whether

Jyotish demands more Time/Tapas and Upasana have to be carefully

considered, by learned souls.Why we cannot find even a single reference

reagarding such,amongst thousands and thousands of shlokas,are also to

be looked upon, by all sincere seekers of knowledge.

 

I may be inadvertently hurting the feelings of some,but such is never

the intention,and kindly forgive.It is just a humble attempt towards

TRUTH.If i am wrong,more learned can lead me towards light.

 

Regarding Brahmacharis and their success ''without'' woman -I feel they

are great souls who have understood the 'Woman' within as compared to

common souls like me looking for one outside:-).
