How can saturn is ok. However, the natural karaka for Mother, i.e. Mother is seriously afflicted as stated above. Hence, it has to be native's mother !!7HL & 12HL in 9H = as we are discussing marriage - indicates "dosha" 4HL is afflicted for its Lord Saturn is debilitated.8H is afflicted by 6HL Mars12H is also afflicted by Debilitated SaturnThe native has received dasha pattern which has NO relation to the 7HL and Jupiter is NOT aspected by any other planet. Hence, the delay in Marriage. But it is getting exalted in D-9 with Venus. Hence, there is a "Ray of Hope". Moon ( Mind ) is vey much inclined to marriage. Moon is dharma & Venus is here Kama Lord. Both are aspecting each other. Venus is also 12HL. See the conflict of mind !!The native is "likely" to get married in this Jupiter's Mahadasha.
