Respected Sri Prashant Ji,Vattem Krishnan Ji,Suresh Ji and all members of the

forum,Good Morning and happy Dushehra to all of you and respected members of the

forum.I remained absent and missed you all for about one week from 22.09.2009 to

27.09.2009 rather I was busy in some urgent work and I was out of

station.Actually I had to get the sale deed executed on 24.09.2009 and except

Dr.L.S Rath all the astrologers had given me reply in negative due to RETROGRADE

MERCURY TILL 30.09.2009 that the desired work is not possible in the month of

September2009.But I was 100% confident as per my own analysis that I will get

the deed executed on 24.09.2009.I had posted my analysis to Sri Suresh Babu Ji

before 22.09.2009 for confirmation and for his opinion.But he had also pointed

out some doubt.My wife Dr.Malti Misra had given K.P N.122 to solve this

riddle.This all was a riddle for a student of Astrology that is why I again

mentioned the case here.I got the deed

executed on 24.09.2009 without any problem.All the astrologers are suspecting

that how it could be possible during RETROGRADE MERCURY PERIOD.In this regard I

have a message for all the astrologers who were suspecting and had given me

their negative opinion that for Mercury I wear 15 CARAT'S REAL COLOMBIAN EMERALD

PENDANT around my neck and 5 CARAT'S REAL COLOMBIAN EMERALD RING.I have my

belief that appropriate real gemstones help us in odd times ,it has happened in

my life and I have experienced it many times.With regards and good wishes,

Dear Dhirendra Nath ji,

It is very good that you have executed the deed, may be by sheer will power or

by the grace of god.

However, it is not good to write as you did below. I have many times written and

personaly also told you that grace of god cannot be measured and every else

could be overidden by it.

If I recall our conversation as well as message, when you first asked me about

it, I had told you that you are buying this land with an intention of selling

and if you can go ahead and you may have to depend on your wife for the

purchase. You have purchased the land in your wifes name itself.

I only asked you to be carefull in the deal because of the planetary motions,

there might be problems.

I also said that you may not get as much profit from that land as you expect.

This is something that only future can tell. I can only wish you good luck

there.

Some times what we do thinking that it is correct could be an illussion and need

not be, particularly when planets are in retro motion. I just warned against

such possibilty.

I only suggested to complete the deal when jupiter starts forward motion for

which you said you don't any other option than either buy it or forego the

advance before 30th of this month.

So whether, emerald did the job, or the situation forced you to complete the

deal is a matter upto to the intelligent person to derive.

For argument sake, you had also done some changes in your house and probably

daily routines which might helped you immesely.

It is one thing to have confidence in oneself but another to boast and to point

out that others were wrong ?. Where they? Only furture will tell the outcome.

As an astrologers and after watching life an its many faces, you should be more

carefull about ones poweress in predictions and winning or loosing a few stupid

quizes is not what astrology is meant for.

Dear Dhirendra nath ji,

Just one more aspect.

In fact the completion of the deal in only the outcome of the of original

agreement you have made earlier.

It would be like asking the doctor, when should the birth take after

conceivement have already taken place and few months have elapsed. You have

either to kill the child or do a cesaeian or wait for natural birth to happen.

it is choise controled by the circumstances and ones mindset.

The outcome of that birth who else brahma can foretell?
