how shall be this year for my career and period for completing ph.d

happy dusherra to all.

today is also my birthday. please guide me how this year happens to be in terms

of my carreer and completion of my ph.d. the details of my dob are 28-09-1970,

place of birth- hyderabad

time of birth is 1.10 am

the reason for asking this querry again and again is that in the year 2001 i

took study leave from my office, for which i had to give a bond for Rs 1,75,000.

since i could not submit the thesis till date they have initiated action to

recover the amount with interest.so i want to know the time of completion of my

thesis.please spare some time to study my horoscope and suggest the findings.

Dear Hari Prasad,Happy Dussehra to you.You can submit thesis for Ph.d only when

the conjoined enjoyed period of the significator of 4 and 9 operates.If the

significator of 9 is also the significator of 11,you pass;you get the

Doctorate.But in your chart weak significator of 9th is saturn and this is not

the significator of 11 th cusp. So there is not good chance  of getting

Doctorate degree yet in this modern time it should not have been so tough job

and very poor students have doctorate degree who does not know A B C D.Every

thing depends upon money and trick now .I have seen so many students who possess

this degree and do not know any thing.

                     However Saturn is weak significator of 9th cusp.

                     Mars,Mercury,Jupiter and Venus are normal significator of

4th cusp.

                     In near future Conjoined period of 4th & 9th significator

Mars_Jupiter_Saturn begins from 29-10-2009 to 22-12-2009 and again

                                          Conjoined period of 4th & 9th

significator Mars_Saturn _Saturn begines from 20.08.2010 to 23.10.2010 during

which you may submit your  thesis.But note one thing that your Saturn is

retrograde in birth chart and this is the weak significator of 9th cusp and not

of 11th cusp that is why you could not roll up atleast 275 to 300 pages of your

thesis to submit.You may chant Mahamrityunjay Mantra daily in the morning.With
