Secondly it is close to rasi sandhi neecha guru as the lord of the 5th house of proper strategic planning. Doing practical down to earth, assessment of pros and cons of a situation/ problem preparing a successful execution plan as per the available tangible and intangible resources are steps ahead of you.. which you had not yet covered ! It is strange how do you dream of being successful in your project ?
