Bad time ?

Recently I got an unexpected problem in my workplace.

 

Before 8.5 years I had joined a company , I'm still working with the same.

Before joining this company I was working for other company for short period

(Around 4 months).

While joining the present company before 8.5 years I had told that my experience

will not be considered and they hired me as a fresh graduate (Since my

experience was only 4 months).

I didn't had any agreement with my previous employer at that time so I quit that

job, that time I had tough fight with previous employer, he said he will not

give any experience letter.. I said I dont need any and quit that company by

giving one resignaion letter. I didn't bother to collect any other document from

them.

 

While joining the present company before 8.5 years I did mention that I don't

have any experience letter but I had worked for four months ...

Since they were taking me as fresh graduate they said we don't need any

experience letter and hired me.

Things were fine till now but on 20-Apr I got an email from HR asking experience

letter for 4 months which I had worked 8.5years before.

I got annoyed and didn't know what to do ... since I dont have good relationship

with old company.

 

With a great help from my manager and some other HR team member I could convince

the person who is auditing and get it closed.

But seems like it will be questioned again in next level.

 

If the job market was good I would have not cared for these things, with soo

many commitments I'm totally disturbed with what ever happened with me.

 

Am I running through bad time ?

Is this is begining of the worst things ?

Can I prevent this by some rituals ?

When will be an end for the bad time ?

Please help me in coming out of this...
