First of all, let us see your main chart: Jupiter and Mercury in your chart are predominant, they are very good for you. Jupiter in 2nd house that of Sun, and Mercury in 12th in own house, and both have good shadbalas and are in good avasthas. Venus in your horoscope is quite good, but Mars and Saturn are a bit weak, but not to worry much. Saturn seems to be holding you behind in many aspects of your life, hence its better if you pray to Shanidev, and also to Lord Hanuman through out your life. Now, let us see 4th house and its lord in main chart: 4th house is empty and its lord venus is in lagna. This venus is in own house in 7th from lagna in Chaturthamsha (chart to see for properties). Hence this is good to obtain nice and beautiful properties. But your Mars is in 12th in both main chart and the chaturthamsha chart, also mars being lagna lord in chaturthamsha is in 12th in that chart (mars indicates properties and vehicles). But there is not much to worry, as Mars is 30 degrees apart from your lagna degrees, and hence casting very good aspect on lagna. All this might indicate that though you may find it difficult to obtain a property and get some profits out of real estate, there is still nothing to worry and you can still obtain a very good property and retain it if you are careful and buy the property in very good times. Your horoscope on the whole indicates that you can become an owner of a very good house and live comfortably but find it a bit difficult to earn any profit out of such properties. Now let us come to the issue of when to buy such a good house. Now you are running Mars Dasha and Jupiter Antardasha (2007 Sep to 2008 Oct). Mars and Jupiter aspects are good on each other and on the lagna. Hence this is perhaps a very good time to buy a house, rather than next antardasha of Saturn, which is definitely not good. This year (Nov 2007 to Nov 2008) is very good period for you even with respect to Jupiter (jupiter is transiting sagittarius which is 9th house for your moon sign) and Jupiter is anyway very strong in your horoscope. Hence this Antardasha of Jupiter is probably the best for you in financial matters. So go ahead and buy the house. Your nakshatra is ashwini and it is very important to assess using this as to when exactly should you sign the papers during this Mars-Jup period. Note that all planets are transiting various nakshatras and some of these nakshatras are good for you while some are bad. First of all Mars, Venus, Saturn should be placed in good nakshatras for you to do a very good deal in properties. I found out that from March 20th to March 24th this year, it is excellent for you, all planets are in excellent positions for you: Venus, Mars and Mercury in Saadhaka (Achievement) Nakshatras, Jupiter in Sampat (wealth), Saturn in Janma (birth). Also Venus, Mercury and Rahu are in 11th house from your moon sign, hence very good, Saturn in 5th, Jupiter in 9th and Mars in 3rd is excellent. Note that as moon is also important but moon transits each nakshatra daily, I would suggest two specific times for you to sign the papers: 1. Afternoon to Night of 20th of March (moon is in Sampat (wealth)) 2. Very Early morning to late Morning of 25th March (moon is in Saadhaka (achievement)) The yoga and karana for these times are also good. Any day before or after these days might result in troubles and headaches for you as Mars is transiting very fast during this period and stays very less days in your favourable nakshatras, same for venus (venus goes into Vadha (death) nakshatra after 26th of March). Please feel free to consult any other person about my analyses. By GOD's grace you shall obtain a very good house, All the best, but please don't sign the papers apart from the above mentioned two dates (you can keep searching for the house and finalize the deal though, but signing should be on these dates). The exact time of paper signing should be done on consulting the Rahu kaala, Yamaganda Kaala and Gulika Kaala that would be printed on any Indian calendar(please dont sign during hours of Raahu Kaala and Yamaganda Kaala) The only thing that I couldn't analyze were if these planets were in their ghataka sthanas (malefic houses), I couldn't find this information on any of the softwares that I used. But, still, I would recommend this period and these specific dates rather than you wait for Saturn antardasha, as Jupiter is now excellent for you.
