We are all amateurs after all because none of us have a Television Show or Gurukool yet ;-) b) Or one could create a files directory where password protected files can be uploaded with the answers, all to be opened honestly at the end of the exercise. c) A firm deadline must be given and no responses from the original poster must be posted before that [like the ONE I AM RESPONDING TO!]. Otherwise it turns into a circus :-) d) If not turned into © by the original poster as I am sure is the case in this thread since it was initiated by the OWNER -- it could end up being so by others who are neither speaking up now or participating! However it also tests the true knowledge of one - whether you follow others answers or can STILL think freely with own logic. So, I think open answers can be allowed while it has to be mentioned that any participant can still mail the answer privately, directly to the asker. 2) Very good point. I will now create a password protected file and upload it in the files section. 3) The deadline [earliest] is April 18th GMT+6. He posts quizes on the first of month and reveals the answer on the 15th. And he generally gives four or five options so that responders do not go all over the place. However, I have known a few who have been not good at post-hoc astrology but better at fore-telling. It could be a performance anxiety thing or perhaps the meaningfulness of the exercise when something has not already taken place. However, in terms of a scientific exploration, I agree with you that the quiz that you posted does serve as a good exercise.
