Obviously I reckon when people have everything going for them, they wouldnt be going to astrologers. My issue is with these astrologers. .Fine, everyone has to have a living. So when astrologers ask for money, I have no problems. The problem is when they demand exorbitant sums and in the end have a different version of my " future " from the other astrologer. For instance, though a minor thing one astrologer said I would be staying abroad and not return to my antive place and the other one said just the opposite. Same horoscope..two different interpretations. Why believe in astrology when some people are fradulent? Moreover I think there are umpteen number of watys to earn money than by cheating people who are in distress. At the end after hearing some of their " future " > interpretations > > > > > > of my life, my mental trauma has only increased. > > > > > > > > > > > > Sorry for the rant but I am annoyed with people who make living by cheating people. > > > > > > > > > > > > Regards, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Check out the all-new Messenger 9.0! Guest guest
Dear All I think even Indian Council for Astrological Sciences,Banglore(ICAS) considered as deemed university can also welcome such suggestions for promotion of higher education.A corpus/fund for research is always a good idea. Even IITs too have centers promoting rural development and things like weather forecasts and helping the nation and farmer is always welcomed.Wardha too has one such recently formed centre. Some of these technical heads also show /evince interest Promoting higher education by way of contributions/donations from philonthropists was suggested by our present Prime Minister way back in 1997 as Finance Minister. So role of UGC in such is minimal.Institutional heads and research bords of university are competent to promote academics including jyotish. --- On Sat, 4/11/09, Pom <pankajdhar wrote: Pom <pankajdhar ?IPR- Intellectual Property- weather forecast...
