Dear friends,

Astrology is a supplementalry helping tool only next to our common sense and

practical material wisdom.

Astrology starts from the point where our common sense/material wisdom ends.

This is my personal opinion on my limited knowledge and limited understanding of

astrology.

Astrology is one of the best tools for managing our tangible and intangible

resources, locating their souces, easiness/ difficulty of accessibility and

direction of utilisation over a definite span of time period based on the

mathematical models of discrete probabilistic studies.

Like every tool, lack of expertise in handling the tool or using the tool for

bad purpose does not necessarily implies the futility of the tools.

The present situation of jyotish being taught in Sanskrit Universities where our

wise pundits are averse to the mathematical/statistical-discrete-probabilistic

models of experimentation with jyotish. People pursuing jyotish courses in these

Universities as well as ICAS/ Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan pursue them with as a

timepass/ hobby course only. Seldom every student admitted to the course is

confident over his/her future Jyotish career as a student of

engineering/medical science/ business management/ other technical courses is !

I wish that astrology in future be taught under Masters in Business

Administration courses as a superior tools of Finance/Material/ Human Resources

Mangement where people with more mathematical/scientific/management aptitude

would definitely ensure more credibility and reliability to the subject.

With regards and best wishes,

Mrutyunjay Tripathy

Once again you have put astrology and its status in true perspective.

In my humble opinion, though astrology will help management highly, it is

Sreemad Bhagavat Geetha that should be taught as standard text.

It is one of best books of management, equally valuable to those in the lowest

rank as well as at the top.

Recently one of my friends, a top ranking executive in one of the biggest

companies in India, asked me to provide a few pointers for a presentation in

their company executive annual class on better management, stress management. I

gave him a few slokas from Geetha with proper translation relevant to management

principles. This became an instant hit and well accepted & circulated among the

top management. Considering that these are highly educated & equally paid &

respected persons, their acceptance of a few verses of geeta, when presented in

proper perspective signifies its true potential.

Highly regarded management principles of seven sigma are in fact contained in a

few simple verses in Sreemad Bhagavath geetha presumably written thousands of

year back.

When time & opportunity permits, I shall try to write more on this.

with warm regards

Dear friends,

Having been asscoiated with management concepts and participating in premere

managements Institutes at Dekhi, gwalior,Indore and Calicut, these concepts of

Mnagements managements have been explored as vedic Management. In 1998,a jornal

by name Vedic Management too was released and is in circulation.

these conceptes have to be explored as ethical mangement of Sciences, technology

and Engineering is adding burden to the Society.

Also in rashtriya Sanskrit Vidya Peeth Prof nagar,ProfPandy(BHU) have also been

assissting Companies in proper identification of executives through Astrology.

Infact it is SN Kapoor,Retd Judge settled in DElhi had experimented in

identifying the competetors for preolympics in 2000 and selcted as Archery for

the purpose of preparing the particiapants fron India in Olypics.

Based on Astrology,he identified around 400 persons and later shortlisted them

to 11 considering other and have been given training for participation in

olympics competetions in the year 2000.of them Mr Bhindran is one who got Gold

Medlas for the country.

Astrology is making space as a tool for several aspects in society to help the

common man in his activities.

Infact, panchangam, has been a ready reckoner and guide for assisting layman to

plan for his activities and to succeed in his attempts by fixing muhurta and

also indicating the as per dasa for achieveing positive results.

In fact the attempts being made through Astrology are often subject to

controversaries due to lack of proper understanding and also misguidnace.of

course common sense in a way is in a logical sense provides a base.Astrology as

a sastra/scince if properly analysed and used there is no doubt that enriches

not only commonsense but also helps man to deal with the nature with full

confidence and find solution for several issues which sometimes are beyond

comprehension.

The attempts being mad through this forum by Tripathi ji,mr Pannakaj ji,and

Prashnat ji and RR ji are really laudable. However we should see that it is not

just use and throw affair but a matter needs serious though as it really serves

society to overcome his hesiatations and to get encouragements.
