This is an indication of deformity in the child...in some cases it is internal & in some cases it is external. In ur childs case it is external but when the child grows I also hv doubts it will be able to speak......it looks like case of autism also. External physical deformity by birth is a very difficult to solve it, but yes autism can be worked upon. U need to perform certain special yagyas, by karmakand, 100% solution is not there but with faith & sincerity, certain amount of success can be achieved. Sahambu Hora : Blood disorders : Sun in 7th along with malefics Sarvartha chinthamni : Boils & Ulcers : 6th lord in lagna along with malefics Sarvartha chinthamni : Chronic Nervous Trouble : Lord of lagna + 6th lord + Saturn Sarvartha chinthamni : Physical deformity : Malefics in 12th + 12th lord along with saturn , Rahu & Gulika Jataka Parijata : Eye – left eye : Moon in the 12th Now as per above, though there are conditions that are true atleast to some extent, The most important favourable factors are 1) Moon is having full paksha bala (full moon : 7th from Sun). 2) Chandra Lagna Lord is aspecting its own sign (Sun aspecting its own sign). 3) Lagna lord along with another benefic in trikona (Mercury along with venus ) 4) Jupiter being strong in its sign & aspecting the mars & the planets in the 12th. Considering the benefic aspects I feel the child shall become normal though with some issues. Some surgery may be required during the naisirgiga period of mars ( starting after first birth day to 2 years) due to the aspect of mars on lagna as well as on mercury. However since Jupiter is strongly aspecting it, I feel, it would be beneficial only. Your baby has balarishta as moon afflicted with Ketu, saturn and in XIIth huse on rashi sandhi. Please take care till 12 year of her age. 3.
