ur last line must come first as tanvir ji is the owner not me.

 

I am a member here only since Dec 05

 

I became moderator here only in Apr 28 08

in the early times I was in there were many good posts by members slowly petered

out due to reasons u said, as it was not moderated as the OWNER felt a

democratic space will help if members behaved between themselves

the first attempt was made when given to Sri Ashutosh ji who did a v good job

and was very strict, ruthless on discipline but this did upset many members who

wanted occasional freedom to express what they like

 

this was given up as he quit back to unmoderated state and then a lot of abusive

mails esp by the v same ppl who were banned or troubles some some directly and

others with their fake ID's only when it went too far did the moderator give me

the job he did make appeals in between did last a few days max.

 

FROM THEN DO U SEE WHAT U SAID STILL

 

1 MEMBERS questioning others views I doubt it if there is any cases let me know

 

2. how do u s y new groups r doing well as I know most or more filled by the

same members who abused fellow members astrologers and query seekers esp on free

or paid readings.

 

3 and can u show WHERE DID MODERATION FAIL as u came in only after i called u in

after I became moderator so there were

 

5 occasions when i tired to be lenient and allowed mails abusing members esp the

free reading ones one ones who did not pay someone in another group but posted

here later and got replies

 

i gave both sides some space

 

2 I allowed some old members some freedom/space to mend their ways when they

attacked 2 members in particular

appealed to them to treat this with same care as they do treat their forum no

mails even talking abt them is allowed leave alone abuse them, between them they

KEEP PRAISING THEMSELVES

 

also abuse members whom they don't like in other groups

 

in astrological threads but no data, combination r discuss but just gossip with

slander as currency.

 

if u can make any suggestions it is welcome

 

next point toany thing u feel is not being done first privatelt if u c no action

let the group know too

 

u must see how I have diffused the SAPTARISHI / R ji CONTROVERSY TIME WHEN OVER

40 mails in a tug of war came in when i was out for 3 hrs FIXED IT IN minutes

 

so too the recent one between av pathi ji, RR ji was also dealt in a mutually

agreeable fashion it is calm

 

I am not sure what else u felt is out of control most r seasoned members here

and have been doing their roles in a peaceful manner. i don't see any one

contradict others posts/reading, may offer a different one on their own this

happens anywhere.

 

 

there cud have been a miss or two but not nothing that has been told to me

 

I will act on anything brought to my notice

 

Members please let me know on the issues raised here

Many Many Congratulations for this forum completing 6 years of dedicated service

to serve mankind in astrologically solving many peoples problems related to

health, wealth, career, education, profession, marital & many more.

 

My peronnal & hearty congratulations to u also for working very hard by inviting

astrologers from other forums and collectively working on the success &

dedicated service of this forum to mankind.

 

This forum, which has many astrologers as its members, is also working very hard

to make this forum as the best, but what I hv noticed that other forums which

have been registered & started of the recent have recieved many more

acclamations and appreciation & have been rewarded for their dedication. The

number of astrologers are few hence confusion is not their. Their is is more

dedication, no chastism, no contradictions on other astrologers analysis.

Discipline is very high, which is lacking in this forum.

 

Chastism & contradiction due to one's disbelief does not makes an forum

successful, but yes with discipline & dedication it has been achieved by other

forums, then why are we lagging behind. This forum has better & dedicated

astrologer s, but due to lack fo discipline in restricting our views to only

analysis, this forum's popularity & appreciation is lacking behind.

 

Moderator over here plays an very important role, & silence on the part of

moderator indicates that if u r not part of the solution, then u r part of the

problem. This will always ditter in the observers mind to consider this forum as

the best. We should give an impression that this is not an oridnary forum but

the best, but where discipline is not administered then forum's objective fails

in reaching the goal.

 

Anyway congratulations to You & Mr. Tanveer for the success.

Greetings JR turns 7 today 20/3/09

 

Dear Members,

 

It gives us great pleassure to note 6 glorious years have passed by and we r in

the 7th yr the membership has been steadily growing both in quality astrologers

and members and now stands at 9414 when i took over it is said it was 8k. i TOOK

OVER ON 28/4/08 as moderator.

 

My aim like the owner, founder Tanvi ji is to keep sharing Jyotish knowledge,

wisdom in whatever way we can, enriching ourselves and members who vist and are

part of this illistrous group.

 

We thank each one of u who make this possible and keep the flag of Jyotishya

flying, its light shining on many dark lives in a friednly, courtious,

professional manner where distressed members can share theieir troubles and with

the confidence gained her interact with professionals here in PRIVATE.

 

 

We thank members like Sri vattem Krishnan ji, RRji, rafel ji, Mrtyunjaya

tripathi ji, sumit bajaj, a v pathi ji, pt arjun ji,Nikit, Anup M, ravishankar,

rama subramnanyam, Harry, Gopu K, , Sudhir, Sunil Nair, prem sharma,

and others if any omited pl let me know

 

silent members like prafulla gang, Rishi, tatvamasi, sri ganesh. Anurag Sharma,

content from anyone will be passed and baggage from other groups henceforth will

be avoided, as we r not aware of who has replied to whom in so many splinter

groups around now, max if we r told in advance politely we can do what is best

possible.

 

As a astrologer the rising to the CALL is important and as no financial

obligations is involved while doing it so professional income loss for

aggrived ASTROLOGER members whom we MAY NOT know to have replied. NOT OUR JOB

TO SEE all groups and then reply to a question

 

There was and is consistant rumours even before I took over as moderator that I

will one day become and throw out members and corner members and fleece them

inspite of saying openly last Yr Feb that I will not charge anyone in JR and

also those who wish to pay me can donate to some charity and let me know I have

given a link to TTD in the database of astrologers here.. I AM HERE FOR SHARING

JYOTISH ONLY.

 

AND I STILL DON'T HAVE SO MUCH TIME TO READ CASES AS I USED TO DURING DEC 05 TO

SEPT 07 at that time I was still dubbed 24x7 astrologer as i answered many cases

in a few groups, when I do again like that I will BE GLAD TO SHARE AND GIVE

BACK TO ASTROLOGY all I GOT from it. and the record of more astrologers here and

working in peace and harmony with one anothers is proof enough this is a great

platform given to us all we must do is keep it glowing.

 

any names omited here are not by intention may be a slip of the moment. Please

bear with me

 

any harm done to such groups JR and VA will harm Jyotish more than the persons

whom some people don't like.

 

Differences are best dealt in the personal domain.

 

LET JYOTISHYA ALONE PREVAIL in groups.

 

I thank Tanvir ji for giving me the opportunity to serve jyotish and I hope the

members here have felt the difference in atmosphere now. As long as peaceful

Jyotish is on I need not intervene at all.

good number of members, astrologers, messages owned by Sri P V Narshima rao ji

who has writen and shared a free Jyotish software JHora similar ones in the

market cost nothing less than 300 USD Upwards a selfless man a great scholar as

well.

 

and it is good to note to have been compared by like minded group in quality,

peace and Jyotish
