The reasons are 1. for sign taurus and libra saturn is yogkarak 2. for sign gemini and kanya saturn is ixth lord and 5th lord respectively 3. for sign capricorn and aquarious saturn is lagna lord 3. for cancer it is 7th lord for marital bliss (as per parashar a malefic if owning a kendra bhav become non malefic ) and 8th lord giving long age so functionally neutral and not malefic. 4. for scorpio, saturn is fourth lord for domestic happiness so functionally non malefic. 5. for pisces , it is 11th lord for gain but not enemy to lagna lord but for sign aries and leo and , saturn is enemy of lagna lord and have lord ship of malefic houses of 11th,12th and vith,viith respectively thus maleific as par parashar .
