Lagnesh in trikona is a raj yog & lagneshs dasha currently on will give good results but presently her budh/ketu dasha on will disturb her marital life. She also has kuja dosha Her sani's dahiyya will start in sept 09 & that period might give her more disturbances in her marital life. The natives future does not seems to be good as eventhough lagnesh's dasha is on, their is no planet present in the bhavs from 8th to 12th. Natives with this kind of planet placements have tough life after marraige. 2nd lord chandra in lagna is afflicted, certainly no family attention to her in her childhood.
