Think of God and his/her blessings.

Talk to God. He/She is the nearest to you.

Avoid mala or beads or counting.

If we remain busy in counting the number of times we recite a mantra then of

course we are forgetting God and remembering the numbers/ counting process.

Remebering counting process is not our main purpose.

Our purpose is to be one with God in our thought and intelligence,in our

thinking.

Ashtakshara Narayana Mantra 'Om Namo Narayanaya' is the best mantra for Shani.

Avoid 'Om Sam Sanischaraya Namah' This mantra has no Rishi(guide) and no chhanda

( no poetic meter defined) etc.

With regards and best wishes,
