Guest guest
Namaste respected members of the group, I would like to request for clarification on the below-I heard that for a Jyeshta nakshtra born, one must perform Rahu-Ketu Puja for 8 years (as itseems jyeshta nakshtra born generally tend to have health problems throughout and to prevent, these rituals need to be performed and that for the first year the native needs to be physically present during the puja). Is this true or a myth? Please advise. Is there anything wrong if it is performed? I humbly request you to enlighten on this matter. Can the puja be done anywhere or only at Kalahasti temple?Appreciate your earliest response. Thank you.Regards, Divya
Guest guest
Dear Divya ji, I was going through Thara Phalam as given in Brighu samhita as well as nakshtra Chintmani in the context of the issue brought out by tou in your mail about jyeshta nakshtra: According Bhrigu Samhita, since mercury is the lord of nakshtra, these native get popular, name and fame. According to nakshtra Chintamani, jyeshta born native have diseases relating to epilepsy histeria and around middle age may have serious illness.otherwise they have poonayush. If we lord for each quarter of the jyeshta nakshtra,.it is saturn for 2nd and 3rd quarter and jupiter for 1st and 4th quarters.so their health or any malefic effect on this nakshtra may not be relevant as long as their 6th and 8th house get seriously afflicted. " jyeshta nakshtra born generally tend to have health problems " so not much of worry.May be incase such natives birth hapens on sunday, then problems of health like balarishta and madhya ayu may be a possibility. otherwise normal religious feelings and worship, particulalryly Durga and santoshimta.nakhstrawise Lord Vishnu at home or in any temple is fine vrkrishnan. --- On Fri, 3/6/09, Divya K <divyak_76 wrote: Divya K <divyak_76 Rahu-Ketu Puja for Jyeshta Nakshatra born?
