Help regarding Job

Sir,

I am Trying for New job last 3 year. And I am Working with this ORG last 14

year. Four year back i done SAP course and after that I am Trying for new job

but fail to get it. and also not good progress in same ORG. I have very good

tuning with MD but rest all are against of mine.

Please suggest me what should i do becuase i am in very big frustration.

Please Help me come out of this problem.

Dear Mr.Sharma,

Since how long you had been looking for a change in job?

What is the reason for looking another job, when it seems you are

doing good in your job.Added to that it seems, you may have been

humiliated in the last 1-2 years at your place of work.Dont go for a

change now--its not going to be beneficial.

Wait till November, when your present job itself will help you to give

you promotions. You may have some issues regarding finances/incomes,

but if you wait for few months, things will be taken care of.There

also seems to be some secret enemies, so work cautiously, specially at

work.

Consider all humiliations as a learning point, as a blessing in disguise.

Prayers to Shiva will do good. Presently read Hanuman Chalisa or

Appease Ganesh.
