Dear Manoj:

 

I agree with the other person about

regularly going to a doctor, but realize that doctors

are not trained

in healh.  I asked my mother one time, who was a life-long nurse,

why

doctors don't emphasize diet, nutrition, etc. and she said: 

" they're not taught about health! only pathology! "

 

Astrology has a lot that can be added to help us with health and really

all of our problems.  When I ran your chart, I found a Capricorn

rising, right?  For a Capricorn

rising on your day of birth,

there are 4 planets in the 6th and 8th or health houses.  This

means you've come to  put a lot of your life attention on your

health!

 

Also, recognize that if you're presently under a

long-standing, even chronic health situation, you need to obviously,

shift, and psychologically, adjust to the fact that this

is a strong

part of the life that you were born to focus on.

 

Ayurveda, even

Jyotish can be used to heal and to cure disease!  Disease, after all,

is only more intensified dis-ease.  So, you've gotten out of

balance!  Saturn, of course is the main planet of health and

ill-health.

 

I've recently written a Jyotish book called

" Seasons of the Stars " which is about how the stars influence us

each day.

 

In your case, you could benefit too from watching the

stars' Transits each day!

 

By taking actions to become more

in-tune with both your internal stars as well as the

external stars;

this can help you immensely.

 

The #1 remedy of all life and

astrological problems is MEDITATION!

 

Meditation, is even now,

being recommended by doctors for all their patients!

 

Why?

 

Because meditation has demonstrated that it has an amazing,

curative value to not only

release deeply rooted stresses and

fatigue, but even develop the nervous system's ability

to stay more

healthy!

 

That's my first recommendation.

 

#2, I'd

recommend you become more in-synch with the Moon!  You mentioned

depression, and depression is a Moon-Saturn dis-ease.

 

When, the

fatigue and tiredness of life builds up, then, eventually, it begins to

affect the mind or Moon!

 

So, next time you start to feel

'depressive' then, stop and rest!

 

Rest, too, like meditation,

is the universal formula for health and healing!

 

#3, I'd

suggest you study your chart, and especially, the planets in your 6th

house.

 

Venus and Ketu in Gemini for example, represents a

unique Vata pattern which can

literally create il-health. 

Gemini, is very good at doing several things at the same time.

 

In fact, in your chart, you also have Mercury in Gemini, there as

well.  And, Mercury

is very happy or balanced in Gemini. 

This by the way, is one of your Benefics, or

strengths!

 

However, you also have Venus and ketu there which represents the

negative or malefic

side of Gemini, as well.  So, in addition to

doing a little Gemini juggling, the other planets there, represent that

you have a tendency to do too many things at the same time.

 

And, I'm going to guess that this is the real cause of your dis-ease and

chronic health problems.

 

Meditation and rest will give deep

rest to the body and nervous system, but Jyotish

needs to be

understood and practiced so you stop re-creating ill-health on a

mental,

or consciousness level.

 

Our Jyotish represents how

we think, and you need to start thinking differently!

in a more

improved way!
