Isnt Mangal in Asecendant considered to be Manglik? Need help

Dear Mr Raja,

Looking at this chart, Mars is present in Gemini Ascendant in yuti

with Guru. apart from the conditions you mentioned for Manglik dosha,

Mars in Lagna is considered to be Manglik by many learned scholars.

 

What is your view on Mangal dosha with Mangal being in Asecndant.

Please Do enlighten us with your view on this
