Dear Members

 

I approved msg nos 54805-809 at 11.04 Hrs on Jan 2 09

 

the next one may take a few more hrs pref 3 hrs interval earlier Harry had a lot

of readings to offer so at times approved them in 2 hrs intervals if I was

around else 3 hrs

 

Now that he is elevated to unmoderated membership for his " consistant peaceful

postings " .

 

I will approve messages if traffic increases anytime,. 3 mails at least a time

 

 

from the time I took over as moderator had said will approve messages in 2-3 hr

sessions.

 

I look forward to the day when all messages will be unmoderated for this

patience and peace within group are the most essential group and no one gets

provoked for any reason, waits for a note from the moderator and see if there is

order restored, personal reactions must be avoided, such things if still need

be, let it be in personal ID's once they sort out issues they can come back to

group, I myself have tried this , it works best.

Many of us have gone trough the TIT FOR TAT route and found it futile after a

point so I am not preaching what I don't practice.

 

Every group must have the same peace and growth as Jyotish is a v vast subject

and depth of subject is spread accross the country we never know there can some

useful knowledge sharing by members if we give them space, time and a peaceful

atmosphere. We may disagree at times but it must not hold back a fruitful,

peaceful clarification, discussion based exchanges that enrichen the subject

and us as well.

Dear Group,

This is the time when every one should feel happy about Mr Harry and wish his

contribution should help me in person to getmore awareness of Astrology and

group as a whole.

Mr.Prashant Kumar as moderator has expressed very balanced way and his interests

certainly are our interests as members of group.However there is no doubt that

the growth comes only when we feel some responsibility and this should be to

promote the subject Astrology. 

As moderator initial vetting might be useful till the persons wishing to

participate have formulated proper approaches to share in a platform with some

information/knowledge /experience as the base.

In this procedures for sharing knowledge personalities have no place.

Also such common platforms for the benifit of of mankind in general are not to

be used for commercial gains and personal purposes

Some where some do'dand dont's are necessary.If happens to take his role as

responsible he is making issues easy for every one.

otherwise squabbles  and expressions of ego and animosity do not add any glory

to the platform as well the group part of the platform.

As a memeber of the group with 5-6 years of interaction it is necessary that

consisitency of the group should be visible and the feeling of service to the

needy people has to be reflected.Those interested in Astrology after going

through various mails should build up confidence that this  group has worthiness

to advice and find solutions for some common problems.

Efforts being made in this direction by the moderator is indeed a positive

contirbution to jyotish remidies of .some of the dod and dont's are

universal and should help every one for code of conduct in the jyotish remedies.
