We ourselves find this statement controversial of Mr Ashok apart from many other statements in his article but knowing him as someone close to B V Raman, C S Patel and the legendary blind astrologer Sri Sri Swami we ourselves did not dismiss his article published in the magazine. Incidentally he lays out criteria that both planets Moon and Rahu should be in 5th or 9th to give materialistic success. Incidentally you spoke of Hitler which does not satisfy this condition. If you or anyone has charts of known people with Moon Rahu together in 5,9 pls mail here or on our email id so that we also can test this aggresively over 20-30 charts. Santhanam had once quoted on trinal position of Moon Rahu giving money, i think it was Rahu in the 5th from Moon but that am not able to remember now and its irrelevant from this discussion. Either they have to conjoin or have rashi dristi (Jaimini) on each other and one of them should be in trine to Lagna or Atmakaraka. This yoga is formed also when Rahu & Moon both aspects trines by rashi dristi. In navamsa also this yoga is seen. When Rahu is in trine - it is more destructive. When Moon is in trine - it is a milder form, and the native will not be directly involved in the destruction. Hitler: 20th April, 1889 16:30 PM (0:52 E) 13 E 00, 48 N 00 Libra lagna rising.
