Jupiter transits in a sign/rasi approximately once a year. It is

generally expected that Jupiter's transit is positive and beneficial,

causing expansion, growth and new opportunities and increasing the

significations of any house that it transits or aspects.

 

However, it is not always true that " Jupiter's transit will always be

positive " . Jupiter gives new ideas but not necessarily the ability to

Jupiter is moving from Sagittarius sign (Dhanu rasi) to Capricorn

sign (Makara rasi) on December 10, 2008 and will remain there till

April 30, 2009. After that, it will enter Aquarius sign (Kumbha Rasi)

on May 1. On July 30, Jupiter will enter Capricorn sign (Makar rasi)

in retrograde motion, and become direct on October 13, 2009, before

finally entering Aquarius Sign (Kumbha Rasi) on December 19. 2009.

Jupiter's transit in Capricorn sign, which is its debilitation sign,

has to be analysed critically. The following general results are

expected, for each rasi during 2009. These are rasi-based predictions

Aries - Mesha

 

Jupiter will be transiting the tenth house (Karma Sthana) and

aspecting Artha-Trikona Bhavas, and fourth bhava in association with

Rahu. It will have major impact on one's career, family and money

matters, dealings with opponents, and health. Up to April 2009, there

will be clashes with spouse, and problems with peers, who may not

During May-July, the situation will improve. Financial position will

Rahu. These natives will experience misunderstandings with younger

May to July 2009. You will achieve targets with great efforts. There

Its position is not good in the beginning of the year. For women who

want to get married, there will be a delay. It will affect the health

as well. Some will suffer from diabetes. There will be more

After May, hurdles regarding money matters will get cleared. There

Cancer - Karka

 

Jupiter will be transiting the seventh house in Makar Rasi in the

beginning of the year and will be aspecting " Kaama Trikona " bhavas
