Daer sir,

 

I am a forigner, living in india since Jan 1988. I came here to live

with my husband who happened to be an Indian. Last year in August

2007 i left him and living seperately in Delhi and working here. The

reason to leave him was continious financial problems, which he was

facing. I always wanted to go back to my native land ( Russia ).

 

Now please tell me few things which are disturbing me :

1. When can i go back to my country? Since i left that place 20+

years back, so i do not have any support there. Atleast i am earning

to sustain myself. My parents are not in position to help me.

 

2. Is there any chance of reconsilation with my husband. If yes then

when ? if not should i go for legal divorce with him.

 

3. My job/ professional prospects.
