Guest guest Posted December 2, 2008 Report Share Posted December 2, 2008 Shree Ganeshaya Namah, Greetings to ALL, I was referring to Dr. BV Raman book on Muhurta where he has specified that Thursday and Friday on Nanda tithis are best for entering an agreement to buy or sell new/old house. On this thursday(4th Dec) it is Shasti till 13:12 hrs. With Pisces as ascendant Jupiter will be in quadrant and malefics Sat, Rahu will be in Upachaya (6,11). Further moon will just transit into fixed Kumbha rasi continuing in Dhanista nakshatra (both suitable for long term agreements on property matters). However Moon will be in 12 th from the Pisces ascdt. which starts approx. at 13:03 hrs. Both moon and Ascdt are at rasi sandhis and also the tithi is changing in 10 mts. Could the eminent astrolgers guide on suitability of this muhurta or suggest an alternate time on 4th Dec? Awaiting your valubale suggestions/comments.
