Barak Obama as he born on Aug 4 – 1961 in Capricorn lagna , moon in torus in 5th house, sat & Jup in lagna (both retro) Venus in 6th house , merc and sun in 7th house, here Mer and sun have full aspect on Jup, and on sat. Mer , sun , jup are making vipreet rajyoga, and in Capricorn lagna the most karka planets are Venus, Mer. Here you can see jup is also having 5th aspect on moon, at present he is under Jup mahadasha and moon pratyantar dasha, if you see present transit it is also helping him. In my opinion no doubt he must reach on highest position in democracy , as in present transit jup , mer, sat, rahu also helping him. Just to clarify, that this must be the most correct information since if it were false, his candidature would have been already challenged. Secondly according to the US constitution, only a US citizen born in the United States can contest for the President's position. A citizen born outside the United States cannot contest the election even if he was born to US citizens. Hence, if he was born in kenya, there are too many people to probe this fact and would have got him declared ineligible to contest the elelction and got him disqualified.
