Guest guest
I keep getting asked questions such as: Will I become an astrologer? Will I become a healer?? I am intrigued and indeed perplexed by these questions! Are these two paths such that one would need to do a loss-gain analysis before embarking on either path? Both, to me sound very similar to a question such as: Will I be a good parent and should I try for a baby? Obviously -- these querants have neither the faith in God nor in themselves! Particularly -- recently on one of the many forums/fora on internet, one person asked the " Kyaa Main banungaa Jyotishi? " question and within hours before anyone could respond -- the person began to give readings left, right and in the center! I think that was impressive insofar as initiative goes!! Guest guest
Krishnanji... Those who must hanker after the future have had nothing to look for in the past and the present in THIS LIFETIME! They do not realize and sadly are often not told by their jyotishis and other divinators that what they do today is what builds their tomorrow and what they do today becomes more effective if they knew their Yesterday! HENCE ASTROLOGY! Regards... Guest guest
Dear RR, Greetings from Sedona! Just wanted to say that for me I never felt that I had any choice in the matter whether to become an astrologer. I felt that astrology called me and it was the only subject I was interested in. It was a *calling,* like being called to be a priest or a doctor, and I considered that destiny in action. There simply was no choice. And because it became such a divine obsession, the obsession got me through my studies. And of course, I've remained deeply interested in the subject ever since. The beginning was over 35 years ago, first as a western/tropical astrologer and then I discovered and fell in love with vedic, willing to start over from scratch because I felt it offered so much more. Even with the switch, I felt that I had *no* choice, and the hardships of learning a new system from ground zero were worth the cost. Astrology runs the show, in my view, not the astrologer. If it's right for you, it does the choosing and it's not a matter of conscious choice. You just have to do it and accept whatever level of rewards it brings you. The money was secondary. That's how it happened for me and it's made for a very interesting and rewarding life of service. Best wishes, Haizen Paige , " Rohiniranjan " <rohini_ranjan wrote: > > I keep getting asked questions such as: Will I become an astrologer? > Will I become a healer?? > > I am intrigued and indeed perplexed by these questions!
