He applied for VISA two time and got refused. His grandmother is very very sick and just dying to him. and my question is do you see in his chart if he will be able to come to US. and if " YES " then when will be the right time.when he should apply for visa to he does not get denied. is there anything that he suppose to do so that he can come over here.
