May God fulfill your dreams and bring happiness into your lives ! I am recent member of the forum and wanted to ask a question which has been bugging me for a couple of decades. I have asked this question to quite a few astrologers, however, have not found a satisfactory answer or remedy. My details are as under, if anybody on the forum could reply to my query, I'd highly appreciate it ! Birthplace coordinates (Maharashtra, India) : Lat = 17 degrees, 31.7 minutes North Long = 73 degrees, 30.8 minutes East Birth Time : 6:02 AM IST Birth Date : September 09, 1966 Lagna : Kanya (Virgo) Rashi : Kumbh (Aquarius) Current place of Residence : North America Question : Basically I do have unfaltering belief in God, however, when I try to work towards being more spiritual (and not religious !) I have to succumb to unfavorable circumstances which are presented to me at the most inopportune moment in my life and am forced to waiver from the spiritual path towards immoral or spiritually degrading behavior, which inturn hurt me immensely. These experiences have led me to believe that life has actually reprimanded me for being more spiritual and I wonder if my aspiration of realizing my higher self will only be a dream in this life ? Guest guest Posted September 7, 2008 Report Share Posted September 7, 2008 Dear Mr Sunny , You are the best judge to find ways to fulfil your aspirations particularlyspirtual .Impediments to fulfil these wishes is certainly bound to come in the way as our responsiblities as part of the family/society can never be whisked away.But the flame in the mind to be more spirtual and develop can never be extinguished/sudued by the temporary deviations and deferments as you have made up your mind that the way of life you wish to promote and lead is through spirtual progress.Even in our epics we have instances how Great Men like Markandeya,Dhruva and Bhakta Prahlad were to face problems though they were convinced that their best ambition to dedicate their lives for spirtual development. As far as Astrological indications to promote your wishes and the advices you have recieved may not have convinced you.Nevertheless,your pursuits with the Devine grace is bound to lead you in the directions. I do find in these deviations and deferments,there might be delay but not delay.Ultimately as human beings we have limited options to decide and look forward to the devine blessing for attainment of spirtual progress. For the present I would initiate an attempt to analyse through prashna chart. I just happend to notice that I made a silly error of giving incorrect birth date. My accept my sincere apologies. I am sure this would change certain things astrologically.
