Guest guest
Dear Learned members. I have a elder sister. Where would i be in her chart ? I mean which house would show me in her chart ? I am her immediate younger brother Where would my immediate younger brother show in her chart ? And where would her first child show in her chart ? Is there any connection between my younger brother and her first child in the houses which indicate her youngest brother and her first child in her chart ? And if so, then would both her first child and my youngest brother show similiar destineies as per her chart ? best regards to all the learned members. Bhaskaran. Guest guest
Hare rama krishna Respected bhaskaran ji yes ,i also agree with u ,we r more worried abt the efficacy of dictums than frm whom we got it and also we hav so many difficult knots in astro where we must concenrtrate our efforts . I also predicted for many international/national celebrities in many forums but the continous supply of diffrnt birth times is realy nauseating ,and we never get real satisfaction like for prediting a commoner as we can see every thing materialising in frnt of us and then in case of any fault we can revise it and see where we gone wrong too . other wise this pop astro is realy eroding the real essence of astro ,same data they provide we forget for time being they r celebrities and ask some one to discuss it without revealing this chart is belong to and so ,then u can see real astro coming out ,other wise all fixing of astro only , U hav seen it in chiranjjevi chart and this Macain chart both planets ( dasa Lords as yoga planets in way or other way but debilated in Navamsa ) and the so called big astrologers are predicting good for them ,On what basis ???is this is astrology ??if we question them then they r complaining to forum owners that sunil nair is a nuisance person ( secretly asking them to ban us ) because i asked question on astro basis . is this is the way astro grps shud run ?? any way sir ji u hav raised a valid point ,tho i am not against the historical basis as its part of our legacy too but as u said we shud more concentrate on astro phalit part,at least we shud balnce it to some percent and giv more imp to practical aspect of astrology . thank u sir regrds sunil nair om shreem mahalaxmai namah . , "Bhaskar" <rajiventerprises wrote:>> Practical astrology Dear Learned members. Guest guest
Bhaskar Well many classical writers have given a few methods most cases whatever it be the 11th will give u info on the elder sibling be it male or female 3rd of younger sibling m/f how we interpret it as m/f is same as when we determine sex of a child as m/f female inst it I remember Bhrigu nandi saying if Guru is in 11th and no planet either side one is the eldest sibling is another method but I am sure u can trhow some light of ur own on this and I know what I have said u already are aware, any new concepts with examples r welcome I hope members participating in such discussions threads will adhere to examples, and relevant rules or observations if their own and not get dragged into any hurt feelings if questions are asked, a question can be OBJECTIVE in nature not hurting in nature a harmless doubt is fine not a I KNOW ALL from any member in such discussions will help us all grow up well every one has some pots of knowledge we r richer when we share and poor when we dare someone without seeing his version fully patience til then end in a good discussion from all sides is important best wishes prashant Bhaskar <rajiventerprises Wednesday, September 3, 2008 12:47:59 AM Practical astrology Dear Learned members. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskarji,I understand that you are talking about the 5H in your sister's chart (3rd from 3rd). So both your younger brother and her first born sit in the same fifth house. The destinies, however, cannot be similar for the following reasons:First and foremost, karaka for brother will be mars and for son is Jupiter. Despite lord and house being same, the placement and strength of karak would make the major difference. So much so that she may not even have a son if karaka jupiter is really afflicted, or a brother if mars throws tantrums. When your younger brother was born, her destiny and your brother's in turn, was being governed by some dasha sequence and transits and he will get the fructification accordingly. When her son was born, there was a different sequence of dasha which would relate differently to her son who is just born and to your brother who may be a young boy of 25. If e.g the saptamesh from 5H is activated, in nativity, dasha and transit, it would get him married and not her son who is just born. The results of same house will vary at different times, for different karaks, karakatwas of house and ages of relations represented by the houses.I can elaborate by taking examples, but feel its sufficient to give pointers at this stage. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Bhaskar ji, Your questions are valid and genuine....often faced by serious astros like you.....being a happy hobbyist with limited practical knowledge, kindly allow me to share my " idea " . The number of brothers or sisters or children is determined by " shift " of respective HL in vargas and counting the signs or amsa signs, in between them. For each " shift " of that HL, give that ONE possible Lagna to each brother or sister or children.....!!! At times, my Hinglish is poor, sounds little mystic..... kindly bear ..... Guest guest
Dear Group,Taking practical astrology forward... let us study with an example. Here is a female born on 31.7.1964 at 20.50 in Delhi (aquarius lagna) Can we see any events related to her second younger brother and first born in the dasha of su-me-me in dec 1990? Would like to invite opinions of learned members on this.RegardsNeelam
Guest guest
Her second younger brother might have suffered from some disease. I am assuming that he was second younger sibling to native. He might have been hospitalized. It could be some accident. Her first born too might have gone through physical trouble like disease or accident. Combining both, i tempt to predict that they might have suffered accident together. Guest guest
Dear Neelamji, That was a marvellous explanation you gave. All logic is in place and calls for no refutation. I expected the answer to come from others, about your knowledge I am confident, most of the times. best wishes, Bhaskaran. , " neelam gupta " <neelamgupta07 wrote: > > Dear Bhaskarji, > > I understand that you are talking about the 5H in your sister's chart (3rd > from 3rd). Guest guest
Dear Sreeramji, Your Hinglish may be poor or not I am not aware, but my mind is bery ordinary and does not move beyond bandering in the berendah bhere i spent my younger days with my belobed ones. I was somehow never interested in the numbers game in astrology, how many brothers and sister, how many children one would have, or how many marriages one would have, or how many flings one would have. In these days of contraceptions andeveryone wanting a limited unit family, its is difficult to predict number of children or genders. In these days of live in relationships, it is also difficult to predict marriage ( At times ). In these days of promiscuity it is also difficult to say when one will get out of one relationship, and move into another. Traditional astrology will fail here most of the times, and unless one uses Nakshatra based atsrology, its not going to work. best bishes, Bhaskaran. , " sreeram srinivas " <sreeram64 wrote: > > > Dear Mr. Bhaskar ji, > > Your questions are valid and genuine....often faced by serious astros > like you.....being a happy hobbyist with limited practical knowledge, > kindly allow me to share my " idea " . > > The number of brothers or sisters or children is determined by " shift " > of respective HL in vargas and counting the signs or amsa signs, in > between them. Guest guest
Dear Neelam ji and Bhaskar Ji, Very thought provoking discussion and excellent answer by Ms Gupta. Well, when it comes to linked destnies it is menifested primarily through the house, Navamsa nas concerned vergas as related to the houses. The First priciple as ennumerated is primarily the bhawat bahavam upto the third stage. say third house then fifth and then seventh then ninth and one can stretch it further. The second method is the etrnity and linkages of trines. Third house and its trines in zodiac order. Then there is a methos of reckoning navamsa of the third lord and its trines or seventh house being ascendants of younger co borns. sinilarily the ascendant of sposue can be found from Navamsa of the lord of the seventh and its seventh house and trines. Then the best method about younger coborns is to see the Rasi distance between Mars and Mercury. see how many Rasi between them have Jeeva / benefic influences. And another best methos is to check it from Ketu and its despositor. Regarding timings of the double effects of a significator that has to be fine tunned. It is highly possible that one has a son and his younger brother is born at the same time. It used to happen in villages quite often. It does not happen today because those configuartions are not available. Lord of seveth being in forth and one getting married and the father expiring happens. So carry on a very good discussion. Thanks , " neelam gupta " <neelamgupta07 wrote: > > Dear Bhaskarji, > > I understand that you are talking about the 5H in your sister's chart (3rd > from 3rd). Guest guest
Neelam ji, There must have been separation of some sort, probably from the brother. --Radha , " neelam gupta " <neelamgupta07 wrote: > > Dear Group, > > Taking practical astrology forward... let us study with an example. > > Here is a female born on 31.7.1964 at 20.50 in Delhi (aquarius lagna) > > Can we see any events related to her second younger brother and first born > in the dasha of > su-me-me in dec 1990? > > Would like to invite opinions of learned members on this. > > Regards > Neelam >
Guest guest
Dear Bhaskarji, Agree, with changing norms of society, i.e. we are aping the west ..... so tomorrow we should also change the broad rules of astrology..... like children born OUTSIDE wedlock { Example:- Recent media news of Republican Vice President Nominee... that her 17 yrs old unmarried daughter is pregnant}...... Just to add to your info, recent studies on population growth shows some contrasts - where women are in traditional family life { housewife..etc., like our good old Indian Society}, have less children, where as Working women like in " Liberal " Scandinavian countries, marriages are few, women have 4-5 children. It is wild guess, that these 4-5 children may be of different parentage...... Actually, the astro principles remain more or less same, but the prediction changes.... each time 7H & 12H connected you may predict an affair... shorter time.... then short fling, longer periods.... longer the affairs.... Similarly with late marriages becoming a norm, everytime 5HL dasha women can expect to conceive....even in advanced ages.....i.e. 60+ yrs... with advances in medical sciences - given the latest hit German movie by some well known radical filmy director - heard could be aspring Oscar nominee... made on these type of harsh reality in west. Guest guest
Dear Radhaji,Thanks for the attempt. Guest guest
Neelam ji, Here is my attempt. The position of Venus/Mars/Rahu in the fifth can lead to curious results with regard to children and her love life. A child could have been born during this period because of the antardasa of lord of the fifth. In transit, Saturn was aspecting the fifth house, ®Jupiter was throwing an aspect on the fifth house. Chara dasa was of Karka/Dhanu. Amatyakaraka aspecting the fifth from Karka and Putrakaraka and Atmakaraka in the fifth house from Dhanu. Separation from second younger brother. Dasa of Sun in a maraka place from the fifth house (second younger brother). Mercury ruler of lagna and fourth in the third house aspected by the ruler of the eighth and the ninth. The native herself has Mercury ruler of the eighth aspected by retrograde Saturn ruler of the twelfth. Matters relating to children may not have been easy judging by the affliction to the fifth house. There may have been some other affliction to the children. There is certainly some connection between a child, second younger brother and her marriage. --Radha , " neelam gupta " <neelamgupta07 wrote: > > Dear Radhaji, > > Thanks for the attempt. Guest guest
Dea Neelam Ji, My hurried chances on your quary. In the chart the fifth house is third house from the third and Mars being there is a double confirmation of it being more representative of brothers than the children. Lord of the fifth house is in the seventh, though it would show second child birth. The fifth house has infleuence of nast looking planets but functionaly they all produce very good yogas with a medical lineage in the family. Now coming to timing the event or an attempt to decipher it. Dasa of Sun, it being lord of seveth located in the sixth aspecting seveth and also occupying star of saturn would be a little complicated. Satun aspects the third house, seventh and the tenth house. Now see all these houses are the eleventh, the third and the sixth and eight from Mars, the Karaka of younfer coborns. Mars Venus and rahu all signify 5th house and other meaning given to any obe of these for the time being can be postponed. Coming on to the Mercury, It is in seventh aspcting lahna . It is lord of the fith as also eight house. It is occupying a house 2nd to sun. Mercury is in the star of ketu which is seventh from Mars. Lordship wise, fith and seventh lord das will give birth to child perticulary when aspected by the lord of lagna. Since saturn asoets the third house in debility, its effect such as death of a coborn will be delivered through Sun as Sun is occupying Saturn star. Sun located fourth from third indicated a vehicle accident or a big mishap. Mercury is also delivering result of ketu being in the seventh to mars and very enemical to Mars. Being fifth from seventh, it is also indicating child birth but with lots of problems like ceaserian birth. Saturn Sun Mercury ketu connection is afflicting the fifth as also the seventh severely. In Char Dasa, Cancer is sixth house again, second from the fifth and fourth from the third . dangerious for brother and planets in the fifth. Mercry happens to to BK. So the Dasa 12th of Bk will show loss of Brother. Mercury is also presiding over A3 (pada of third house so that is a conformation. Mercury is under Das of AMk. Amk signifies 2nf House, house 12th to 3rd again showing loss of brother. Sun presiding over A4 cofirms it. mercury are in rasi containg A11 and Sun over A8. Every thing is pointing towards bad results in respect of the first child and second younger brother. Could perhaps met with very serious accident and could have lost their lives. That is my contribution of what ever little I know. Thanks. OM Namo Narayana.
