natal chart without birthtime

I would like to know what happens in my parents life. My father (80

years old) is a doctor and he has a brilliant medicine knowledge. But

his practical life goes down after the death of his father in 1971.

He depends till now of his wife (79 years old) little financial aid

and their lives became a continuous suffering. Last year (on June 17)

a serious airplane accident occurs in front of their house and at

moment they do not have a house of their own. After this they are

very fragile.

 

I want to help them more and more. But always is the same… things do

not go properly, the choices results are very short.

 

I want to do their natal chart but I do not have the birth time of

both.

 

Is possible using birth and death time of their parents?
