Venus qualities are effected being with Saturn and Rahu in navamsa.So another reason causing further delay. Marriage is possible before July2009 especially between 16th Nov-15Dec2008,and if this period skipped by some reason then 28thApr-10may2009 is perfect time. You are expected to get some higher rank in your present job,so better to stick to present job. Change in job is not feasible as such before 2009.
