Guest guest
Roshni well most of what classics say have to read in context of current times a neecha guru for example can mean a person will do well in todays world [thab in good old dharmic times] by unethical ways, earn by any method. Sunil Gavaskar is one example Makara guru, lagna [in guru dasa gave up cricket but took up other comercial roles, comentry, ICC job, apart liason for private sector with Givt contracts. sachin tendulkar too tula lagna has a neecha bhanga though with a exalted kuja with it but guru dasa must come to see it and its sub periods can show how he has done in it. Barack Obama will be another case Neecha Guru is close prospect for a US presidency will at least be a runner up a big achievement for his age. Best wishes Prashant kumar raushnee333 <raushnee333 Sunday, June 15, 2008 6:08:46 AM Re: How can one avoid debilitated planets in their kids horoscopes? " Astro- Thanks much for your response. Could you enlighten more on the fact " Neecha guru can be very good " with some example if possible please. Also Neechabhanga yoga as I gather is quite debatable. I read a book by James Braha. He follows Vedic Astrology only. Yet I guess scarcity of experience or citations does not make people believe in Neechbhanga yogas. I would appreciate if anyone has any examples of both the above mentioned things. Guest guest
Hello all , Neecha planets are not always bad.. and neecha bhanga yoga is something that just drives the evil tendencies of the graha away.. neecha bhanga yoga is formed when the following conditions are met.. Neecha planet is in conjunction with House lord or Neecha planet is in conjuction with exalted planet Neecha planet is fully aspected by another neecha planet orn Neecha planet is aspected by house lord ... in all of these cases , the neecha effects of the graha are removed and it gives benefic results , sometimes even raja yoga.. besides , GOD has a plan for everyone and we should not try to change it and instead go with the flow ... cheers and best regards, chandan s. Guest guest
Thanks a lot Prashant for quoting examples. Especially Gavaskar's because for Capricorn ascendant Jupiter is a functional malefic and I guess he does not have a neechabhanga also (some people say if Guru is in kendra it gets neechabhanga...otherwise I have across other rules of neechabhanga). So seemingly his Guru dasha was fairly good! Interestingly I observed that he has his lagna lord Saturn in 8th house (Date of Birth: 10/07/1949 Time of Birth; 20/42/00 Place: Bombay) and Saturn in 8th does give delays and obstacles (as I am experiencing in my life), but for him it anyways came after having a successful career. And nevertheless Saturn is favorable for him, unlike me (Virgo ascendant) Yeah let's see for Obama too, how it goes. So far he appears to be going to the white house. But I wonder if these celebrities birth details are correct also or not. Like for Aishwarya Rai also, Jupiter has been stated as debilitated but her ascendants are said different by different people- Virgo, Libra or even Capri. Don't know which one is right!!! But I do get your point that neecha guru can be favorable. And while we do try but can't completely defy nature. Who knows, struggling to get better could be so hard while surrendering to nature ( falling freely) could also be surprisingly good!
