I am working hard and also worked hard performed well took responsiblities but could not get good increment. Still working hard but not getting opportunity to work in areas of interest. Also in last few month i had given interviews in big renowned organisations but failed to get into those organisations. So my confidence is down also feeling restless, somewhat depressed. My dream is to be in well known organisation. I need guidace for following 1- When will i able to change my job. Iam desperate to change What extra should i learn. 2- Whether i will be successful in getting job in well known organisation.
