Need Help - Change of Job

I am living and working in singapore as an Recruitment Manager.

Things are not going very well in my current job and I do not share

good relations with my boss..

 

I am thinking of changing the job and applying to many companies but

as of now i have not received a favourable response.

 

Please help me and let me know when will i get a change from my

present job....or if need to do any kind of remedy.....
