Thought you could have been more transperent with your ID for redress your grievances. However my finding are as follows 1. There is no Kalasarpa Dosha here as:- (I) all planets including the ascendant need to be hemmed in between Rahu- Ketu and not vice-versa; taking into account the fact that their motion is always retrograde or vakri. (II)Your ascendant is placed outside the orb of Rahu-Ketu. (III)Rahu is conjoined with jupier and it gives you the result of 3rd and 6th house . matters will have a better bearing in your life from 15.5.2005 when the antara of Saturn starts which is the number one yogakaraka planet for Libra Asc. In both cases they are neither right nor wrong. Coz Kala sarpa Yoga is a certain configuration of the planets between the Axis of the two Nodes Rahu and ketu, which causes late development in Life. So I will treat the Pundits as right. You need not pay lakhs or ten thousands of rupees for the pooja of Kala sarpa Yoga. Just pay few hundred rupees at Trimbakeshwar temple at Nasik, and get over with it.
