Is that true Rahu Maha-dasa is always INAUSPICIOUS ? How can v jugde Rahu Maha-dasa is good or bad. Even some astrologer says as Rahu is a SHADOW planet of satrun so it's dasa is good for the 10 and 11 number lagna because it's ruled by satrun. Is that true ?? My Rahu is in Second house with Aquarius sign in it and recieves 3rd Aspect from saturn. What effect of RAhu Maha-dasa i will get...Plz give your golden view's.......... No one can generalise like this. And you too were not convinced, hence you are re-confirming this on various Forums. The effect of Rahu Mahadasha is not to be seen just by looking where it is placed. One has to see many other matters like conjunctions,aspects,Sign Lord,constellations Lord etcetra. Just to tell you that Raahu is placed in the tenth in taurus in the star of Mragshira.And both Mars the star lord and venus the sign lord are placed in the 2nd house in the sign virgo in conjunction with Jupiter.I am presently running Raahu/Raahu itself. Rahu is going to be affected by yet other 2 planets, apart from the effects of Mrigasira. The Sign Lord venus, as well as ythe Planet Jupiter, which is aspecting this Rahu. All in all, Career wise if you areinto any type of Services where your advise is sought, then it would be the best Phase for you, as this Mahadasha has the capability to bestow on you the best of learnings, and advancement in the same. If You were more younger and had asked me what to have done in this period, I would have suggested you to become a professor in your area and subject of interest. Your few sentences on Rahu, has already made me realise that you know well about astrology, much well than most other astrologers working on Forums. I have a reason to say this.
