Dear Vimal,

 

Some observations on your chart, your wifes chart also needs to be seen

but due to lack of space unable to do that.

 

1. 4House: 4th house needs to be badly spoilt for a person to

permanently settle abroad, your 4H has no malefic aspects except from a

deb Jupiter which gives management potentials in 10H

 

2. Your 4th lord Moon is Saturn and Mars & A4 has aspect of Uranus

Pluto, similarly this moon is afflicted by 12L of abroad Mars in

Parivritti Chaturthamsa which is the divisional to see location changes.

 

3. You immigrated to Canada in Feb 2004 when Rahu/Ven/Ven was running

and this Venus is in the 3H of change of residence/status in Parivritti

Chaturthamsa, indicating that the divisional can be correct,

additionally it changes in a window of 10-14 mins on either side so we

can safely presume for now that it is correct.

 

4. It is felt that you might stick around abroad only but if there is

shift then it could happen in Moon antardasa period or even Mars who are

in the 4H in Pv D4.
