Legally we should get the share , as its earned by his grand parents who r not alive now . but my in laws r giving gifts from tht property to my bro in law , which is totally illegal. My hubby's birth data is as below, DOB : 15.06.1975 B'time : 3.30pm B'place : Nanded, maharashtra Please give answer to this query , as i m worried & we ( me & my hubby )have to decide our future course of action. But on the another side, after this period, You may get some boost in your gains,pleasures, fulfilment of your wishes. You sld be optimistic getting share of this property after Nov2008.This period can be kind of take off for such things.The lock-in period sld be Nov2008-May2012.
