Dear Prasad ji,

Normally such mantras are recited 108 times i.e. one mala each day.

One should keep a little water in a bowl infront while reciting any

mantra. After the recitation is over one should blow over the water

and drink it. paani mein phook mar kar paani pi leve. This way it is

believed that the effect of the mantra gets into you much faster.

Sincerely,

Roopak
